The store closes at 9 and I went in about 8:40 to get a sandwich. They had time to make my sandwich and I was home at 9 PM. The... workers were clearly not happy that I came in to get a sandwich when they obviously wanted to go home. They had already put themeatball sub ingredients away so I had to order a steak and cheese. They locked the door 8:45 PM and let me out when I was readyto go at 8:50 PM. They were rude. I absolutely cannot stand it when a store says it's open certain hours and they close beforethen! If you want to close at 8:30 PM then say so and post that as your hours. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. I realizebusinesses are having a hard time getting decent employees but I'm not going back to a store with obnoxious people. Read more
Went there today at 10:30 for lunch. Me and several other customers waiting to get in, it is 10:37 the sign says you open at... 10:30. staff inside could see us waiting to get in. An employee walks up from the parking lot and says we don't open until 11. Isaid your sign says 10:30. His exact words to me are I don't care what the sign says we open at 11. If I could give negative stars I would . Four younger long haired men working well kinda when they wasn't playing with the food.... The guy taking order was more worried about getting bad on phone which caused the order to be wrong twice. Terrible customer service! The girl that checked me out was picking food out of her teeth while talking to me. When my name was... called and I got my sandwich, I said thank you and the girl turned her back and never replied. She should have been the one totell me thank you! This place used to be one of my favorite places but not any more. I wish every place of business could havecustomer service like Chick-fil-A. All the young employees there seem to appreciate my business. From now on, I?ll go to nextdoor to Publix for my sub sandwiches. Absolutely the worse Firehouse EVER.!! Barely any meat at all, not a friendly staff. I never go back there.
