So not only did they cancel my order, they ignored my calls after. This isn't the first time that a simple hiccup became a... catastrophe because the management staff has NO problem solving skills. Absolutely none. I have already reported this restaurantonce for a bad order. I was made a bunch of promises that never came true. I drove past the restaurant just to see if themanager would ignore my call. Not only did she ignore my call, she instructed another one of her employees not to answer mycalls. So cancel my order, don't give me my money back and instruct your employees not to answer my call. So clearly you have norespect for me or my hard earned money. So I'll share my experience on Google hoping someone could actually receive and respondto my concerns with some actual diligence and integrity. If I decided to not do my job deliberately I wouldn't have one butclearly this new generation of workers has the choice to do their do diligence that their job requires. Sandwich is a bit small for the price. A little on the dry side too. Still tastes pretty good. Cheese fries were ok. Not bad for... mall food but I don't think they'd survive outside the mall. It seemed like they were a lot better a while ago but so did a lotof places. Read more

Laughable for them to say #1 Cheesesteak in the World. We won't go back $11.49 dry steak no flavor smh. We should have gone to... a REAL Philly Cheesesteak shop and for $12 it would have included fries and a drink. Lame I don't know how you stay in businessafter reading other comments on Google. The portion size of the sub is soo small andThere?s barely any steak inside the roll. I ordered a cheesesteak with onions and... peppers and there was ONE sliver of pepper inside the sub and one slice of steak. They are so cheap with portion size it?salmost embarrassing, especially compared to other mall cheesesteak establishments. I couldn?t taste any steak in my sandwich.For the price (and over 5$ for cheese fries) and wait time I?d rather go somewhere else. All of it just looked like a hot mess. Read more
