Insanely sweet. According to our barista, there are only 2 shots of espresso in a Starbucks grande size coffee. I can?t stand... how sweet it is even after reducing 1 pump of the syrup. My sweet-toothed husband can?t tolerate his coffee either. End upthrowing away most of it. Read more
Pretty consistent drive through times higher than 5 minutes. I think a little bit of rearranging and adding an additional POS... could decrease those times. Their ice machine is directly underneath of the employee at one window. They have one POS machinewhich is also on the same side of the building as the ice machine. There is a lot of swapping of drinks and swapping of dutiesbetween the two people and the two windows which further increases drive-through times. One person starts your drink the otherperson delivers your credit card receipt and your drink. Just a little bit of interest into efficiency could help speed thisdrive-thru up! Coffee is excellent and is approximately $2.50 cheaper for my iced mocha than some other places. Staff arealways friendly and are always asking about "goodies" and "donuts" for potential up charges. All in all a good coffee standwith friendly people that needs a little focus on efficiency improvements. Read more

They have white coffee and if you can hack their menu you can get a consistently good drink, but you will never pay the same... price twice. My order fluctuates up to a dollar either way depending on who is ringing me up. Also, this is a chain and not asmall business, but they still charge you for using a card to pay. Read more
The baristas here are are super rude, stuck up, and make terrible coffee. I?ve been coming here the last couple months and the... girls will try making conversation and it always ends with them having snarky comments or making you feel bad aboutyourself.They also have no regard to cleanliness after they take cash payments they go straight back to making drinks or foodwhich is disgusting. To start off, I am a non-speaking person. Today I walked to get a cappuccino. It's generally very nerve-wracking to order... food/drink in public. The woman who served me was so uber polite and sweet. There was no point where I felt judged oruncomfortable in any way. My drink came out perfectly, exactly how I wanted it, and I even got two little espresso chocolatethings. This is definitely going to be my main spot for buying coffee in the future. I wish I'd have gotten the baristas name tocompliment her directly. Her service is absolutely what's made my experience perfect. Read more

Had to change my review a little as every time I get served by Courtney I seem to have something wrong with one of my drinks.... I've gone as far as switching lanes when I see her on a particular window. She also just kinda seems like she doesn't want to behere, although that's just an observation.
