The service is better to each other than they were to us, we?ve come here multiple times a week for a bit and the one on 164th... is much friendlier! They also twice in a row forgot to use our free drink points when we asked to use them, and rather thancorrect the issue, the girl just said sorry I forgot, and didn?t attempt to rectify the issue. I love gourmet and will keepvisiting their 164th location as they are much more welcoming, the service is just too chilly and unwelcoming at this particularstand for me. Read more
I went to this location on August 4th around 1:15PM and ordered 4 drinks. I had my card which had 12 free drinks on it and a... second card that just had some change on it. I gave both to the gentleman to use what was left and then use the second card forthe free drinks. He rang everything up and then gave me the card back which I thought was the one with all the free drinks onit. Today I went to get two drinks and the gal came back to me and said there is nothing left on here. To me that didn't makesense as I had plenty of free drinks left. She went back to see what she could find and she said she found a card that had 2drinks left and gave it to me after charging the one drink on it. I asked if she could go back to those transactions around thattime and she said she would have to check with her manager and get back to me. However, she didn't ask for my name, number oranything. I want to start out by saying that the service was excellent. Fast and friendly folks. That being said the coffee was... atrocious. Could barely taste the coffee or caramel in any of our three drinks. And the quality of the coffee was subpar. Likebeyond Starbucks bad. Tasted burned, acidic and like chemicals. Not going back. Gourmet Latte is amazing! I was turned onto this place by my friend a few months ago and I was instantly hooked. This location... is great, the staff is nice and the quality is primo. It is a little difficult to get into the coffee lane due to traffic andlocation, but it's worth the hassle. My go to drink is the Energized Sunrise, iced. But I ordered their real mango smoothiewith protein powder with my regular drink, and it was truly the best mango smoothie I've ever had, which is saying a lot. Read more

There wasn't a line so it was super fast! The eggnog latte it great, I got it cut with 2% and next time I need to ask for it a... little heavier on the eggnog but it was first time there. It was lovely and I will totally be back. They had milkshake optionsthat I wanna come back for! Read more
