The good, the bad, and the insanely spicy. Kizuki is one of my favorite ramen so I have high expectations. I was really excited... when I know there is one opening so close to me. They are generously giving takoyaki for google reviews and free sodas withramen. We also ordered chicken wings, and all the appetizers met my expectations. However, in terms of services, we did waited10 mins while there is no receptionist by the door and there is only one other party in the restaurant. After we sat down I didobserved the stuff tended to gather around and just chat with each other. In terms of my ramen, i felt my soft boiled egg is onthe bland side. Now the worst/spicy. My husband ordered Gekikara(one of the spicy ramen) and it came out way too spicy. Wehad this ramen several times at other locations and they were perfect. My husband could not be able to drink his soup which washis favorite part of eating ramen. With all this being said, I would come again in the future see if they have improved any ofthese giving this is fairly a new place. Read more

Checked out the newly opened Alderwood location and it was great! Check in was efficient and polite, but be ready to wait... because this place is popular! Our server, Mao, was kind, high energy, and enthusiastic. The surprise and delight was to be ableto order in Japanese, and speak with her a bit. So fun! Made me miss home. ???? and the food? AWESOME! Highly recommend! Read more

Came in for grand opening and the server was so kind to give us another bowl because the first ramen was not what we expected,... even though they were all free bowls. Unbelievable service, thank you Angela! We will be back???????? Read more

We dined here for the grand opening! The first 100 people get free ramen. It opened at 11am and our group arrived at 10:20am and... the line wasn't that busy yet. We were one of the first round of people to dine in. The interior design is really authentic andartsy representing a touch of Japanese culture. The space is pretty big and accommodating with bar seating. The hallway connectsto the new hotpot restaurant (Swish Swish) on the other end. For a grand opening event, I had a more than positive experience! There was enough staff to keep the flow going. After we ordered, our food arrived at a reasonable time and surprisingly fast fora busy, packed day. The food is delicious as always. The flavor is consistent with the other Kizuki locations. I will bereturning again. I'm pleased that I can enjoy Kizuki in the Snohomish county. Read more

Ramen was delicious. Service need to be improved. Their hosts was not friendly and helpful at all. We didn?t feel welcomed when... we entered the restaurant with two baby strollers. And when we left the restaurant, having trouble open the door, two of theirhosts just standing there chatting, no one even tried to help us. Read more
