I've been ordering through the app for several months with no problem, but yesterday, despite the app confirming a pickup time... and my debit card showing a pending charge, the location was closed all weekend. I understand that staffing is tough right nowand sometimes places close unexpectedly, but the app should not let you order if a location is closed. I see from other reviewsthat this has happened to others, and join the chorus of reviewers saying "call first, and go in person!" The tea is yummy, butthis experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Ok I usually don't go Karen mode, but I've ordered twice recently in the past few weeks from the app, just to drive here and the... place is closed. I used to love this location, but their hours change so much, and they're not even open on the weekends anymoreaccording to the sign on the door. What kind of boba place isn't open on the weekend? I'd attach a photo of their current hours,but what's the point? They're just gonna change again next week I feel sorry that they're understaffed, but it makes me wonderwhy nobody wants to work here.. Don't order on the app. It'll take your money and say that they're "open" and you'll need toask for a refund on kung-fu's website. If kung fu could fix the app to cater to this store's crazy weird hours I'd still behappy ordering here. The options are fantastic and I love that they offered dairy free milk tea, but on this particular day the wait was ridiculous.... The cashier was friendly, however, two of the staff left and there were two left. One waited around in the front, moving cupsaround and what I presume to be the manager also just moved the cups around. Looks like they were out of stock of a lot ofthings including boba. It was about a 15 minute wait. There was also a customer who was standing right in front of the pick upcounter and they didn't ask her to socially distance. I love this place! I come here probably once a week. Their tea flavors are delicious, I haven't had a single one I haven't liked... yet. The employees are super fast, always polite, and always smiling. I will continue to enjoy Kung Fu Tea at this location andI would recommend anyone who likes bubble tea to give them a shot! Very good authentic tea that they made in the house. I like their jujube tea and honey green tea milk caps. I just had it... yesterday and I gotta come back today for another bubble tea. They also made bubble waffles! It's really yummy! It will be 1/2off the price starting tomorrow. So excited to try more things they make! Read more
