I ordered a thin crust pizza that was not cooked well. Bread of the pizza was soggy and not cook completely, wait time was great... , along with the crazy bread. This location needs a change in how it's managed. That's why I gave it a 1 star..been havingissues with this location before...evening staff act as if they are not there for the customer. Read more

Horrible service. No one helps customers. Rude employees if you ask for a refund they will not refund will tell you go on the... app. Did not receive my pizza but was charged now have to dispute with my bank cause can't get No one at this sad excuse for acompany to refund my money. They are the worst little Caesar?s. They rarely ever answer the phone to put in an order. They NEVER have any cheese bread ready... like they should. It?s nice to have it fresh, yes, but on days when I?m running late, it would be nice if they held up the ?hotn ready? name . They also have closed early multiple times before. We ordered a pizza online. We showed up 10 minutes later than expected and our pizza still wasn't ready. They had forgotten our... order and then quickly threw the pizza together. When we got home we found that the pizza was burned. We attempted to call thestore but they just said, "Sorry about that," and hung up on us. Go to another store. These guys deserve to shut down. Same pizza, I swear the prices have increased since last time I ordered a pizza from here. No problem, I didnt let that get me... bent out of shape. I spent all morning working up a sweat helping a friend move, on our way back we saw the sign and decided topull over for some good hot yummy pizza.!! Smells awesome I cant wait to sink my teeth into my pizza. I think I was hangry. Anyways , food was good. Wait time was longer than I expected but in the end I was fed and happy so no need to complain aboutnothing. All went as planned, happy customer! Read more
If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered the pizza online and picked it up from the pizza portal. It being during... Pandemic time, I chose to not check the pizza before walking out of the store. When I got home, I opened it up to this! Itlooks like it?s been dropped and kicked (or drop kicked), all the toppings squished on the left side. Do they not know, anintegral part of food industry success is PRESENTATION?? Not only was the appearance of my pizza an EPIC FAIL, but it was alsoundercooked! The crust had no stability, floppy like a room-temperature piece of bologna! I had to pop the pizza into the ovenat home to finish cooking the crust all the way through. If I wanted this experience, I would have ordered a <$4 raw uncookedpizza from McDonalds! Shouldve read the reviews. Staff is young and uncoordinated. Ordered online, showed up 30 minutes later, still had to wait... another 30 minutes for my pizza there. Usually places are nice and offer you something, not these guys. Read more
