This place is great! Love this local shop over any of the chains or grocery store offerings. Plenty of traditional options, but... that have creative choices too. They open early and it's a good idea to get in earlier than later for the best selection,especially on the weekend. Well worth the visit! Read more
Usually good, but hasn?t been good the last 2 or 3 times I went, so I don?t see myself going back. Ordered 2 donuts this... morning. The girl working was the only employee I?ve encountered here who did not provide good customer service at all. On topof that, she gave me one donut that was missing half the frosting and another one that was literally burnt. First time I?ve everseen a donut shop sell a burnt donut. They have a good variety here, but Top Pot is WAY more consistent, so I?ll be stickingwith them in the future. Read more
Ten stars. Came here with my 5-year-old after my oldest started third grade and it's been a pretty great day, then we get here,... we were given an extra donut and a free bottle of water I think because it was our first time. The guy working the counter wassuper nice to our kid and to us. Really made me feel at home in a way that I don't think I've ever felt at a donut shop before.We actually ate the donuts inside which we never really do. Definitely will be coming back every Friday to grab a little treatfor my kids after school. Read more
I used to be an avid Frost Donut lover, until I found this place. Don't get me wrong, Frost is still tasty, however, Donut... Factory is leagues above in flavor selection. The dough is also super tender and fluffy. Almost melts in your mouth. Every timeI have come, there are people in line because it is that damn good. Staff has always been so courteous and efficient. They'vealways had plenty of donuts in stock when I've visited. Also, highly recommend the Homer Donut! It is better than you can dreamof! The Maple Bar is also a personal favorite of mine. Such an amazing find. They have so many varieties of donuts but tend to sell out of most of them towards the EOD. The cream... cheese strawberry and Bavarian ones are real yum. The chocolate peanut one looks very inviting but turned out to be a littledry. A must visit if you're in Lynnwood! Read more
The donuts here are delicious! The texture is so fluffy...pillowy soft. And, the variety of flavor combinations make them so... exciting to try! I found Donut Factory a couple of years ago as they are the only place I could find in the region who offerswhat I call "Birthday Donuts". I believe they can do any letters/numbers/phrase, but I've only ordered 'Happy Birthday' and mykiddos age for the past two years. They can make a few shapes as well, we also had a few donuts shaped like stars. At my kidsparty this year, the guests thought the idea was so unique (coming from the South, these style of donuts are a "thing"). Irealized that I never left a review after my initial experience, so here it is with a few photos.
