I prefer this location because of price. For the same meal #2 breakfast combo it's about $0.50 cheaper than the neighboring... McDonald's. However they need to hire more people. Sometimes they don't have enough people to open on time, or the drive thruline is really backed up, or they don't have the walk in open. Read more

The mobile app doesn?t work at this location. 10pm but would only let me pick breakfast items, but wouldn?t allow me to checkout... and pay. Got my normal order, it cost me double $$ And they didn?t even put lettuce on Mc chickens!! 2 of them. Wow Read more
I don't have my receipt at the moment, so I'll update later with names. But the cashier in the first window, he's so Lovable and... sweet. He knows it which makes it even more cute. I have not come across such good vibes in many years. My kids and I had arough day (we dealt with a few bad customer services at other establishments right before, so my kiddos were kind of shut downand exhausted) and he really turned it around! He made me smile, I didn't think that was capable at that moment. The next windowwas a gentleman with a typical man's light colored haircut, except 2 very thin dark ponytails! He was stunning and so incrediblysweet as well. Even as I was leaving, he said a positive little affirmation so genuinely (oddly like a dad). And we neededthat!! I really hope this gets to them to let them know, that even a fast, short drive thru order can really turn someone'sattitude around. We will never forget these special energies of Greatness ?? Do not order from here on DoorDash, It has happened to me every single time but they?ll just cancel the entire order for no... reason. You call and they will not answer the phone whatsoever to even explain why they cancelled it. I ordered about 2 hoursprior to them even closing and they had still cancelled. Read more
First strike: The app had a weird glitch where I could only order breakfast at night. So I ordered at the window and they... wouldn?t honor the deal. Fine right? Second strike: Although they were a bit rude I was going to let that go. Last strikethough: I was told to wait for fresh fries. Fries came out cold?? I also asked for a receipt and never received one. I have theorder number if management would like that. I am also curious to know if they even made fresh fries! This McDonalds is a pathetic excuse and you should avoid it if you can. Why do people generally go to McDonalds? It's about... knowing what to expect. Relatively inexpensive food that you can get quickly. This McDonalds routinely deviates from theirposted store hours. As in, they should be open but you get there and they aren't. Just this morning I sat in the drive thru for5 minutes when they were open, yet nobody answered to take my order. I pulled up to the window and could see two employeesstanding inside by the counter. One was on their cell phone. I knocked on the window to ask if they were open and they ignoredme flat out. I called the store and got no answer. I knocked at the window again and the blonde woman on the phone just lookedat me and then went right back to Candy Crush or whatever she was doing. Seriously, you can't even come to the window to tell methat you're closed even though your store hours say you should be open? This kind of experience is a routine one for thisparticular McDonalds. Even when you do get service it is often from rude employees. I'd guess about 1/2 of the experiences Ihave there are negative ones. They don't seem to listen when you slowly order your items one at a time, because EVERY SINGLETIME I order here I have to repeat it several times. And then you're met with a snobby look and curt interactions at the window.Look, I get it. I really do. I worked at McDonalds for years and know the problems that can arise. I worked in back windowtaking orders. I worked in the grill making food. I did it all and I can say that there is little excuse for just how poor thislocation seems to operate. There is some minimum, basic level of service (if not just friendliness) that should be expectedeven if things are slow or they can't understand my order.
