I'm here to say that despite all the bad reviews, my pizza and wings showed up fantastic on a Friday night after 9pm! Large... half-half speciality on a thin crust was topped perfect and cooked to perfection, and my 16 piece wing came steaming hot andwell sauced! People were nice and very helpful in answering questions as this was my first time eating Pizza Hut in years. Breadsticks were... still very good, crunchy and flavorful just how I remember them. Pizza was OK, if your on a tight budget and just need somefood, it serves its purpose. I remember the Pan Pizza were cooked in peanut oil and the whole crust was crunchy and goldenbrown. Sadly the guest was white and while the outside edge was crunchy, the rest was not. Pan Pizza was not like I remember. Ialso tried the thin cracker crust and while thin, again did nothing for me. This is not great Pizza like what it used tobe. Pizza Hut stop trying to find new gimmicks like stuffed crust and get back to making quality Pizza that is golden brown,veunchy crust and flavorful. I ordered a pizza, bread sticks, mini cinnamon rolls, and a 2 liter Pepsi. He delivered cherry Pepsi, the pizza was almost piled... on itself and he almost left his pizza bag with me. I tried to call and got hung up on. Absolutely horrible service. Read more
I would give 0 stars, but that was not an option. It took 2 hours for us to get our medium pizza with 3 toppings. The app is... super restrictive and didn't give the option to adjust toppings on several pizzas. The distinct lack of communication and howexpensive the pizzas are makes me feel that even Little Caesar's is a better option to choose. First and las time time ordering from this location. I ordered two pizzas and boneless chicken wings. Pizzas were flavorless... like eating cardboard. They forgot to put any seasoning on the crust of either pizza. Chicken pieces had barely any buffalosauce on them and the container they came in was smashed like somebody had punched it. Ordered an original pan pepperoni pizza tonight. Got thin crust and crust was crumbly on the bottom. Called back and manager was... cool about refunding my money for the pizza. Not sure if I'll order from here again. Read more
The order was correct and it was less than an hour from order to in my hands. 2nd order: From the time I hit "place order" on... the app, until my pizza was at my door, was 28 minutes. Pizza Hut is roughly 4 miles (10 minute drive) away. Plus the time toget to my hotel room. That's efficient. Read more
