Unbelievably horrible food and service... Ordered the new Pretzel Bacon Beer-Cheese Burger to go and what I received was a... culinary and health code nightmare! The burger bun was burned so badly it looked like charcoal on the bottom, a nice thicklayer. The cheese sauce was ice cold to the touch, fresh from the fridge and not heated a bit. The worst part was that the topof the bun and the burger wrapper were covered in guacamole and other ingredients that were not from my burger, disgusting... Ican only imagine what it looks like inside their kitchen. I went inside to politely ask for my money back and had to deal withabout 4 completely incompetent employees before someone whom I assume was the manager finally came out and told me she would getme a refund immidiately, she only needed my name and she would be right back with a receipt. I waited 20 minutes, no one everretuned and the 4 employees in the lobby just stood there chatting and playing on their cell phones never once asking if Ineeded any further assistance etc... I haven't eaten at Red Robin in awhile, now I remember why. I got a burger and said no bacon put the bacon on the side so the... other person I was with could eat it. Jewish and haven't eaten pork my whole entire life. What do you know they put the baconright on the burger. I didn't have time for them to make me a new one since I was running late for previous engagement. I alsoordered sweet potato fries which came out so crispy because they overcooked them. During my visit. I will not be back, therestaurant wasn't busy enough to have this many mistakes happen. My friends fish and chips she said were so overcooked butdidn't want to send them back because she's seen what happens on too many videos when you send food back. Very disappointingexperience. If you want a burger only this is a good place. Delicious black and blue burger. If you are expecting this to have the awesome... menu it did a few years back then you are out of luck. No soup, not even the delicious French onion - limited to burgers, pizzaand a few appetizers. We decided to come here for my birthday dinner. It quickly became the worst birthday dinner I've ever had. They ended up giving... us the wrong burger so I had them correct it. They brought out the new burger and opened it up to find the meat patty wasactually meat crumbles. Not a full patty. Burger was very pink when I specifically asked it not to be. The bacon on the burgerlooked very undercooked and limp. The waiter made the excuse that it was fully cooked and safe to eat, but it still didn't anyway look appetizing or even cooked. We also ordered a chicken salad and they burned the chicken and thought I wouldn't noticeso they flipped it over. It it was so dry and tough. Waiter didn't even come by to give us a refill on bottomless fries. Weended up not having to pay for the burger, and we both left hungry because we couldn't even eat the food. Now I usually wait before reviewing a place when I?ve eaten at it twice so that how bad this RR location is, so first it was... next to impossible to call in to request a table (they don?t do reservations) it took me twelve to fourteen tries before I wasfinally able to get through to the place almost like they were purposefully not taking my call, however when we got there wewere greeted with the kind of respect you?d get at a chain restaurant (kindness and respect) our waitress was diligent and quickwhen it came to getting drinks ordered, then when the full party arrived she was quick to order the rest of the drinks and food,I will say this for a fact their alcoholic drinks are top notch so I?d order those again. However I feel that this franchiseneeds to have some work done as the bathrooms felt a bit cramped and worn, when it came time to eat the food was lacklustre; thewaitress got my mothers order wrong once more which seems to happen a lot more lately in the Alderwood area. But nonetheless thefood was lacklustre my burger had an odd taste to it like cardboard/paper other than that it was a somewhat of a good holidaylunch, I give it two stars one for the diligent service and the other for the restaurants atmosphere; will my family and I eathere again? I have to say that I stopped coming here for awhile because the service was bad. Today we sat in the bar and service and food... were both excellent! Love the bottomless garlic fries. Washed it down with delicious trixter beer. Even the waitress stopped tocheck if we got our second batch of bottomless garlic fries. Read more
