Me and my mother love Starbucks. Everyone does! But. BUT! Over the course of three months, the 196th & 40th SB in Lynnwood... is out to get us. I do not understand how people can deliberately destroy a drink. It is beyond outrageous. I don't know whatI said to OFFEND the baristas enough that they literally refuse to make a simple drink correctly. I really think if I told a10-year old the directions to a Refresher, they would surpass those baristas in every way. FOR THE PAST THREE MONTHS, THE DRINKI LOVE HAS BEEN RETURNED EITHER WITH NO SWEETENER OR IT IS HORRENDOUSLY SEPERATED. When this issue first came up - my momrefused to ever go again. I would literally have to beg her. Then it wouldn't stop happening. And I had to convince my motherthat they weren't doing it on purpose. But it has been THREE MONTHS?! I really like this Starbucks. I sit here and do homework a few days a week, and they are all very nice, they make great coffee... and I end up eating lunch or dinner here. I'm a big fan of the croissant breakfast sandwiches! Thanks for giving me a warmwelcoming place to hang out! Read more
Very disappointed in my Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte today. I was so excited to have my first one of the season and when I got... home to drink it, it looked more like a tall and was not even remotely full. I know they generally leave room for whipped cream(which I feel is already too much "room") but this is shady and I will not be going back to this location. If you have a mobile order don't expect them to acknowledge you to hand out your order. You have to get their attention and ask... for your order. I waited over 10 minutes last time only to find out they never received my order. If they had greeted me, wewould have caught this mistake immediately. Just unprofessional. My drink is consistently wrong. Almost every time and it islike pulling teeth to get them to remake it. They just stare at me like they don't understand what I'm saying. This place is sofrustrating. These people are not friendly and completely incompetent. I love SBUX but may reconsider continuing to go to thislocation, which unfortunately is the only one on my way to work. Read more
