I walked in at 1pm long line i was 7th in line, only 1 person working wasnt worried about it, first guy ordered 3 sandwiches 2nd... customer ordered 1, she got done with those 2 customers by 130pm i was not happy at all, i was a sandwich artist too so i knowthe timing of everything, the questions the protocol to the sandwiches and when there is a long line all it is is GO GO GO GOGO, i have never complained about a restaurant no matter how upset i get but that was just time consuming and i dont wantanything to happen to the worker but please help them understand the speed that they need to have in making the sandwiches. Walked in with my mother..and stood there for 10 minutes...the lady did not acknowledge us in any way...no eye contact just... continued to make apparently a phone order..looking down the entire time. .no just a minute, or any kind of explaination that itwill be a few minutes, which I would understand..we finally just left..as we walked out she said something...but we were out thedoor ...too late Read more
This is for the subway in Edmonds in the strip mall next to the donut place. Every time I have been here the ladies make me feel... welcome. They are attentive, kind, communicative and have excellent customer service skills. I really appreciate them and thefact that they are always cheerful while making my sandwich. The only reason I am giving two stars is because one of the two employees was very nice and helpful. However, the other employee... was very rude. It is not the first time we have encountered this employee either. I literally asked her to label the sandwichessince we had a large order and she denied that! We ordered two kids meals and she ?didn?t know? that they were supposed to comeas a whole meal! She also proceeded to yell at me because I had told her once again that they were kids meals. I don?t everwrite bad reviews; EVER! And for me to write this means that I feel strongly about this. She also mentioned that my order wasthe reasoning for holding up the line. I used to come here a lot to grab sandwiches because of the convenient location. But this time when my boyfriend and I ordered,... it was a disaster. The woman who made our sandwiches made no effort at all. Mine was supposed to have ham and turkey, she putturkey on half, and ham on the other half, flat. She didn't even fold the slices. The cheese was sloppily stacked and didn'teven cover the length. And untoasted, my bacon should have been heated up at least! It wasn't, and I didn't notice until I washalfway through eating it. I didn't think it was a huge deal until 40 minutes later when I was violently throwing it up. I gotfood poisoning and couldn't hold anything down into the next day. I ave been coming to subway for a while, the part of taste the food depends about the person who make it. I and two of my... friends came to this subway at 07/10/18 at 5pm the workers were two Hispanic ladies. The costumer serves was so poor. And thelady who was serving at the line was so cheap with the food and the Vegetables. When she added the cheese to my sandwich wasvery low amount from the usual I get, I asked her to put little more extra she did and she charged me for that and when I toldher she said extra is extra. Just today I was waiting like 4th in line or something and I waited an hour and didn't even get my sandwich in the end. The guy... was clearly new and took like 10 minutes per sandwich and he was left alone. It should not take an hour to get through threepeople in line. Read more
