Please be careful when eating the food. They stapled the food bag closed and when I opened it, a staple was in my sandwich. It... stabbed me in between my teeth. They should really use stickers or something other than staples. Read more
Only thing that was correct in my order was the cookies. They put salami instead of pepperoni and American instead of pepper... jack cheese and a cherry coke instead of regular coke also the sandwich was not wrapped right and the end of the sandwich wassticking out as well as being made so poorly and sloppy fell apart with each bite. Walked in and the employees were like zombies. Don't know if they were on drugs or something but they seemed out of it. Had at... least 10 people standing in the lobby waiting for to-go orders or to be helped. A lot of people, including me ended up walkingout. I genuinely hope these guys are okay but service sucked. Being going for long time, never had issues. But today we got served raw/undercooked bacon. The employees weren't helpful. They... said the had no way for me to contact a manager or owner. All Subways are supposed to be the same, right? Theoretically, yes, but in reality there are major differences depending on the... manager and his/her attitude. The 164th St location is the example of a perfect Subway with a great manager, dedicatedemployees, delicious food, and happy customers. It all starts with Raj, who always has great attitude and greets all customerswith a smile. No matter how busy he might be, he is never rushed. He always takes extra care to prepare my sandwich, carefullyplacing all ingredients - it's much fun to watch him do it as he is a true professional! Raj is also great in training hisemployees, giving them advice and showing all "tricks". The place is always very clean and well organized, radiating positiveenergy. 13.00$ chopped sweet onion chicken teriyaki salad.... very basic and plain, not bad but not worth 13.00$ You can get much better... salads elsewhere for the same price!
