Friendly customer service means a lot to me, and this Subway's customer service goes above and beyond my expectations! I was... not having a great day today, so when the lady making my sandwich asked me how I was doing and if I was tired, I actually feltlike someone noticed and cared. This is by far my favorite location. I go in at least once a week. The staff is very friendly and efficient. She does an amazing... job and asks questions so as to get your order right and you out the door without too long of a wait coz sometimes in themorning there can be a a line. The location is also very clean and the food(especially the veggies) are fresh and not day-oldlooking like some places. Read more
Please review safe food handling protocals with your employees. First time in today and wanting it to be the last because cross... contamination in a restaurant is a serious health concern, and witnessing it is a major appetite killer. After she had startedmaking my food, the employee went in the back to grab more cucumbers without taking her gloves off, she came back and dipped thesame gloved hands in container 1 to refill container 2. Then turn around open the oven, grabbed my bread out, and back totouching veggies and my bread again with the same gloves. Ewww! Suffice it to say, i don't want food made with contaminatedgloves! It's just your typical sandwich shop, I think the staff were friendly and quick to help me with what I wanted... But the inside... of the restaurant was dirty and unsanitary to eat at a table so I decided to take it home to eat. Read more
