Absolutely the worst taco del mar I have ever been to. Rude ladies working behind the counter. I was the only person there and... she was impatient and short with me. The food was old old old. I did the chicken ???? and it was disgusting. Old stale burnedscrapes out of the warming pans that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Do yourself a favor and go down the road toa better ran one. Read more
Showed up right before closing and the staff member was very willing to complete my order. Really tasty food.
Ordered black beans, chicken, cheese, pico de Gallo, and hot green sauce. There was no taste, cold, and the worst food I have... eaten, completely lacked flavor. Came home ate a bite, heated up and took another bite and then threw it in the garbage. It's usually really good but this time not so much. The ground beef was really dry and the spices tasted much different than... usual and not in a good way. I have eaten here and other taco del mar locations frequently. The taste is consistent with thistime being the exception. Hopefully this was a one time thing. Read more
Food is consistently good. The portions are smaller here than other Taco Del Mars in Everett and Burlington. We still enjoyed... ourselves. Read more
Quality of food is always great. The only time I'm ever unsatisfied when I come to any taco del mar is when the burrito wrap is... bad. In the recent times I've been to this location it's been wrapped very well. They've also added a meat substitute which isbetter than I thought it would be. Read more
We hiked here in the middle of a snow storm, looking for a taco fix. When we arrived, it was closed, even though it was a half... an hour past opening. However, just as we were about to leave, the owner pulls up and apologizes for being late. Turns out helives in Redmond, and he made it all the way here. He invited us inside to warm up, because he wouldn't be ready for anotherhalf hour. But, we still got delicious tacos and burritos and it made our snowday all the better Read more
We have been coming to this Taco del Mar for years. For some reason, in the last year, there has been a ton of inconsistency... with the food, and it has not just been this local TdM (the one in downtown Everett has had similar issues). They changed thechicken several times. Once it was like precooked chicken breast strips like you might get in from the grocery store mixed inwith their regular shredded chicken. Recently, it was like they redid the whole spice blend and the chicken tasted extremelytomato-y, like chili or even bolognese sauce. I couldn't finish my burrito bowl it was so weird. I really wish they would justgo back to the previous chicken mix. It was awesome and had great flavor. As far as food is concerned, I'd give this a 1 or 2star rating, depending on which version of chicken they're using this week. It's all over the place, unfortunately. As far asservice, there are two folks who have worked at this location for years and they are the nicest, friendliest people. Thecleanliness at this location is way better than other fast food joints in the area. I would absolutely give the service 5 stars. Read more
