The location is beautiful! Decor is pretty and a nice environment. Apon arriving on a Sunday evening it was very very busy. I?d... recommend a reservation on a weekday. Our server was good. Answered my questions and was quick. The food was also good. Iordered a pasta dish and it was done pretty well. I added chicken and the chicken was a bit disappointing. Nothing reallyexciting about that dish. I also ordered an Oreo milkshake for a desert and that was delicious. 4/5 due to beautiful environment, good Staff and a clean timely manner. Read more
Very nice restaurant in the Alderwood mall, we had vegetarian items, all the items from starters to main course to deserts were... good. Quantity and quality is good, loved the external seating as well. Definitely will try one more time for non-veg options. Read more
As soon as you walk in the low lighting is gorgeous. The place was exploding with people on Valentine's Day! The waitress was... friendly. The smoothies are pretty good. The food I ordered was Japanese chicken and brown rice. I wasn't that impressed withthe chicken tasted okay but the texture was mushy. The rice was undercooked and not soft. The vegetables were overcooked. Iwasn't impressed with their food selection. Maybe other menu items are better than what I ordered. My fiancé got a vodka pennedish. He said my cooking tasted better. The cheesecake we ordered we took home and tried. It was good very decadent. Made mystomach hurt. Not sure why. Tasted good. Most meals on the menu are going to run 16.95-18.95. The appetizers are spendy as wellcosts as much as a meal. The atmosphere was lively and the place was packed. There wasn't a social distancing practice beingfollowed at this establishment. Elbows to elbow here. If you don't like big crowds I wouldn't come here. I would come back forthe cheesecake but was disappointed when I found out they don't make their cheesecake in the house it's delivered frozen frommanufacturers. Read more
For a busy night like valentines day, we had a phenomenal experience at cheesecake factory. We were given a 45 minute wait... estimate but we got the ready text at the 35 minute mark. A solid tip for customers is that you don't have to wait in the longhostess line to tell them you got your ready text. We just walked up on the side of the table and we got sat immediately. Ourwaiter Dakota was extremely nice, very attentive, and made sure our custom orders were executed accurately. Dakota was also veryproactive with informing us about a 30+ minute wait for cheesecake and suggested we order it at the same time as our appetizersto ensure we got them at the proper time (dessert). We opted not to get cheesecake because we think that, though yummy, everycheesecake is cloyingly sweet. The bread and butter was nice as always, and our drinks were very yummy. I got the JW pinklemonade and my wife got a triple shot red raspberry. We recommend both of these drinks. Our appetizers came out quickly andwere outstanding. The Mac and cheese balls were very cheesy, creamy, and the Mac was nice and tender. The crunchy shell was theperfect complement! Our Brussel sprouts were also rather tender but still packed a nice earthy taste. I wish we got slightlymore bacon in the dish though. For our entrees, my honey truffle chicken was moist, tender, and had a nice crispy skin.Asparagus was cooked well and the mash potatoes were great texture albeit slightly salty (which is acceptable for me). My wifewas in love with her orange chicken. Perfectly cooked rice and a light batter crisp on the chicken made it addictive. We had agreat valentines day meal, and will be back to the Cheesecake factory for more dinners soon! Read more
Actually one of the best experiences I've had at the factory! All around great, from the time we entered our name to getting a... text that our table was ready 10 minutes, time it took to be seated and our ordered placed, less than 10, time our food arrivedwas another 10-15...and the placed was packed full, so that tells me that EVERYONE was on top of their game! The food are delicious, i ordered Thai curry but instead of chicken, i asked them if they can replace it with beef and they... happily accomodated my request. Serving didn't take a long time. Then we ordered cheesecake for to go. They packed it nicely. Read more
We went here to have only dessert after dinner at home and after seeing the ?vast? menu decided to have wings :P Buffalo chicken... wings were tangy and went well with blue cheese sauce though ranch is the best choice! Basque cheesecake with berries wasamazing and a must try! The berries are sweet and sour and help cut through the richness and creaminess of the cheesecake. Andalso they gave us bread basket with hard bread and unsoftened butter :( The rating is 4 only because of the cheesecake! Read more
