My orders here has never been properly done,it's either they don't add cutlery or give you burnt steak instead of medium well or... change ur sides from what you choose. Each time I try again every time I get disappointed. I love Dennis but am not lucky with this branch. Read more
Seated at a little before 4:00pm. It?s now 4:17pm and we were asked for our order. There?s only 5 tables and there?s 4 woman I... see just standing around in the back. It shouldn?t take longer than 10 minutes to take our order let alone asking if we want anydrinks. I?m always having to wait. Im not sure if they even clean under their tables correctly because when I was waiting for my order, my knee started burning,... swelling and I later found out that it was a spider bite and it didn?t heal until a week after?. Food was also cold and noserver would come my way so there?s no way to complain or even switch my plate. Horrible service and horrible coordinationwithin management! Read more
Best Denny?s ever. I hadn?t been to one in years and when I walked in I was surprised by the nice ambiance. The manager who... brought me my food was super nice and continued to check on me throughout my visit. I could quickly tell that she?s a greatmanager. The burger was cooked perfectly and the menu was way better than I remember. I wouldn't hesitate to go to this Denny?sagain in the future. Read more
The first thing I noticed walking in here is that the place is sweltering hot. No A/C? Why? Then there were lots of people... waiting to be seated, no big deal it was a Sunday around noon that's understandable. The biggest problem was the service. Tookforever to get basic things like water, napkins and salt. Had to flag down the waitress because she never once stopped at mytable to see if I needed anything. Then she would leave for so long that I wondered if shed forgotten. I wondered if it was justme being ignored but when I looked up there were no waitresses at ANY of the tables. Lots of kids screaming which I actuallydidn't mind because I like kids but it's not for everyone. There are waves of heat radiating from somewhere in the restaurantevery few seconds and I can't even drink water because my glass has been empty for 20 minutes. Eggs were good, turkey bacon wasgood though very undercooked. Pancakes tasted weird. I'm not from here, is poor service just an L.A. thing? Read more
If there was an option where I can do no stars I would so qualify it like that. Not for costumer services but for how my cup of... coffee was dirty. I asked the waitress to please change my husband's and my cup but once she came back with the other cup ofcoffee it was simply worse. It had dry stains of coffee and lipstick. Read more
