Horrible service car side delivery takes 10 minutes and more often than not they won't even deliver it to you and they'll have... you come inside where they can just make up an excuse. Management is awful. Ariana has a horrible attitude and tends to escalatethe situation. Also she doesn't know how hang up the phone before bad mouthing customers. Read more

Horrible service. I ordered two pizzas and despite the food being done quickly it was sitting for 40 minutes at the store. I... called the store and the manager Melina answered and told me that the store was busy and the pizza was still there. 40 minutesafter it had come out of the oven. And while on the phone I get a notification that my driver was on his way but he wasn?tbecause the manager had just told me that my pizza was still there. They said the pizza was ready, when I got there it wasn't and I had to wait. When I checked the pizza there was a slice with a... hole in it and no cheese. I told the cashier that it was missing cheese and the toppings and I asked her if she could add cheeseto it and she went to rinse her hands with water and grabbed the cheese with her bare hands and threw it on the slice. It wasdisgusting. Terrible service. I do not recommend ordering pizza from this location. They need to retrain their workers oncustomer service and sanitation. Read more
So, I just order my pizza, and the guy handling the money takes care of me and other customers right, now after taking care of a... few customers this same guy moves to handle the pizza dough WITH OUT!, let me be clear.... Used to like this place but my recent 2 orders arrived messed up. My chicken parm sandwich literally had 4small pieces of... chicken. This is the correct sandwich after they messed up the first one and gave me the wrong one.. the photo depicts the otherhalf of the sandwich. Debating on filing a chargeback with my bank. The pizza here is good but the service is terrible. Been coming here for 2 years and I think it's time to leave a review. There... is *Always* something wrong when coming to get my pizza. " can you wait 7 minutes (order is not ready yet on their screen, itsays ready). And the female cashiers for some reason Always have an attitude. I don't understand how a visit can go thisunpleasant.
