Literally everytime i try to go to this location at midnight i end up waiting in the drive thru line for like 30 min just to get... to the machine for the workers to say their "system is down and they only can take cash" or " the system is down so they can'ttake orders"!!! Then close up for the night if you know its an ongoing thing! 3 attempts and I was never able to order anything.They either need to fix there technology or someone is just being lazy and purposely turning things off! This McDonalds looks nice inside, recently renovated. Always too busy, expect to wait a long while and if you take to go make... sure to check your ordered items. Read more
I've been coming to this Mc Donald's for coffee for the past 5 years. It's quick drive-thru service, however when driving in,... cars get confuse wish way to make line through, putting some signs to direct customers not a bad idea. Y?all. This McDonald?s has the best customer service. Employees in the morning crew are the nicest around. They really deserve... 10/10 stars. Asked for a McDouble, only mustard...this is what I got...ONLY KETCHUP. And the tag they put on my sandwich was blank. Didn't... even say what my special request was. Manager didn't even apologize.
