The worst service and pizza I have ever had from pizza hut. First I ordered curbside pick up there was no signs to say where to... park while I sat there on front of the doors two people walked in picked up the orders and left while I still sat there and whenI had enough I got out of my car and went In there was a couple of young boys/men just talking while my food sat on the counterhe said the name of the order and all I said was yeah and walked out with the food they didn't even verify anything when I gothome the food looked all dried up and i was not happy at all I ordered 2-large pepperoni pizzas and a side of cheese bread whichhad no flavor just bread and cheese Read more
The rudest girl at the counter. Canceled my order which was free with my rewards points. My husband went to get my food and he... was a bit upset since I told him there was no payment needed. The girl at the counter charged him for it when he added a soda.She then tells me my order was canceled because I took too long. I've never had any kind of problem at this location. Told herwe wanted our money back and she said no. You just took our money! How are you going to tell me that you guys just don't dorefunds. What kind of place doesn't refund especially after it was their mistake. She could've told us that it had beencanceled. How is she going to hand him my order with my name after she said she had cancelled it already. It wouldn't have beenthere to begin with. She was so rude and disrespectful. Don?t order delivery! I placed a order for 2 pizzas, got a call that they were out of pan personalized pizza that it will get... substituted. I called an hour later to see where my pizza was and a lady answered and said that my order was ready but that theywere waiting on a driver. I called 40 minutes later and the ?manager? Bad customer service Friday Dec 31, 2021 6:30pm. I went in with a cupon for a free large pizza and it said in fine print... additional charge if i wanted stuff crust. The manger who was cutting pizza said the deal doesnt come with it. Anyway...staffwas rude with all customers before and after me...very short staffed...I wont be coming back anytime soon. Read more
