Went like 2 days ago. The wait in the driveway is extremely long. When you get to the machine to order they ask you to wait to... order lol idk if theres only one person working or what but we waited at least 5 minutes just to order. But when we got to thewindow to pay our food was handed to us very quickly. We waited longer to order than to get our food lol. When i got home irealized they gave me the wrong order. I ordered a tostada salad they gave me just a regular salad. Luckily the salad wasactually really good but still wish i had the tostada salad. Food was delicious just 3 stars cause of the wait and wrong order. Read more
Worst place I've ever been. The chicken was hard and burnt. I didn't even have as much ingredients às the other places
Service is pretty bad. I had to wait 25 minutes for a three piece with leg and thighs. And I had to ask which order was mine... because the person taking care of the orders put my order on the counter with several other orders and did not specify which waswhich. I did not get any condiments with that or my tortilla soup. And I had to ask for my receipt. I like El Pollo Loco andthis particular one has always been on point. But I don't know what's been going on lately. I hope they get this fixed and getthe service back up to par like it used to be. Read more
This happened at Lynnwood Pollo Loco I think I overpay for double chicken tostada and I asked for a vinaigrettes dressing they... said they don't use that they only have cilantro supposed to be a franchise . wow Read more
Very bad customer service plus my order was not cook correctly which I order a family deal plus the chicken was not cook... correctly... When I went back i still waited 15 minutes to get my order again and they were just ignoring me the entire timealso including the Manager...... Read more
This is one of the worst Pollo Locos I've been to. The staff is friendly for the most part sometimes they can be a little rude... but not enough to really upset me. Their accuracy on orders is what needs the most work. My first time there I recieved mytostada salad container dirty with the juice from the frijoles. I let it slide because they were busy and things happen. Thesecond time I ordered a Double Chicken Avocado Salad with no cheese and my salad has cheese and didn't have any avocado eventhough avocado is in the name. I ordered the same thing yesterday and this time the salad didn't have the corn or the pico degallo. I feel like ive given them a lot of chances and now I would only consider going back if I'm a bit desperate for a salad. Read more
Well it was a pleasure that I went that evening! I had a delicious meals, my first time trying Keto burrito ????yummy, also the... costumer service ?????????????? was awesome... La muchacha! Very nice person, polite and didn't had to wait longer, chickenbomb???? everything is so delicious, I went today again, so I had no complains, yummy food and good price plus great service???????? I do recommend this place, jus be patience is there's a line of waiting, sometimes and anywhere else we have to wait ifwe like something. Worth it the time! I guess ???????? Read more
Quality ans service were good. The restaurant was clean and I waited a few minutes to receive my order. I believe it's great... value for the money. Read more
