This place needs more employees. I preordered my drink and snack. When i arrived it still wasn't ready. It took 20 minutes for... coffee. Plus they were out of many food items. I had to choose something from what they had left over. The workers were tryingtheir best to get all the orders out. So many people were waiting inside and in drive-thru. Read more

Second time at this place, I will never stop here again. The staff is disorganized, my mobile order was finally given to me a... half hour after the ready time. I've seen other stores just as busy, but the difference is the workers and their hustle. Theworkers here seemed to have no sense of urgency at all.as I stood there for an extra half hour I watched drinks sitting on thecounter and no members take initiative to pick up the drinks and start reading them out loud in case customers that werestanding around, may not have heard their drinks, and there was a few workers that were just fumbling around that could've didthat or anything at all to help get things done and people out faster. All in all a hot mess. Staff needs a better manager toget their employees up and going. No team work at all. Thanks guys for making me late to work. Read more

very rude staff came at 10:30pm 10/19/22 to be exact. Didn?t have no Frappuccino how tf you don?t order the supplies for... frappccino?. Need better customer service. I went to this Starbucks on 10/13 the lady taking my order was so vibrant and energetic I loved her energy, I get to the window... and she?s still so energetic and the customer before me took off and left their order so she gave me their drinks. The staff was rude, disorganized, and did not make drinks in the order in which they were received. We were actually yelled at... by staff for asking why our two drinks (with no customizations) took 20 minutes to make. One staff member chased someone out ofthe bathroom and then went back to making orders without washing their hands. Read more
