Weird place, the servers don't really do anything except walk around aimlessly here. They hardly want to bring you your food and... drink because you order it all from your phone and pay for it from your phone. The staff was friendly. It did take awhile to order (short staffed) but I didn?t mind. I ordered the chips and trio salsa. I... tried the salsa casera, avocado-tomatillo (my favorite), and roasted tomatillo-chipotle. The chips were good and the other twosalsas were good. I ordered 2 tacos (chicken tinga and arrachera), rice and charro beans. The tacos were both good but small. Ididn?t care for the rice or beans. I would stop here again if I was in the area. We drive through Lyons regularly coming to and from RMNP. Tonight, after leaving Estes, we decided to finally make a stop here... on our way back home. Great decision today! Staff was welcoming and friendly, food was excellent, service and drinks were good,and it was a lovely, warm evening for the cozy little patio. They helped us recover from a disappointing experience at a littleshop in Estes. Perfect end to our day and my family left happy! (Note to self: come back regularly for the green avocado salsa!)???? Not your typical "Mexican Restaurant" and everything here is made from scratch. The flavor is phenomenal and authentic! They... plate everything so beautifully. They handled our party of 7 with ease. The prices are fair for the quality you receive. HouseMargaritas are soooo so good ???? I wouldn't take teenagers that are used to taco bell.
