Well nice place but wait staff not very responsive...remember service? Welcoming people with a smile, introducing yourself by... name and not looking at ones nails when someone comes up the stairs would be nice. Weird...what's happening to hospitality andgenerosity? It's nice that they give you a easily handleable bottle of water for the table. And the decor is nice, music great.Don't know much of the menu, but don't get the pizza. It was abysmal. Went with my brother on our birthday. Our server was very nice and helpful and suggested the perfect trail to hike because we... didn't have reservations for Ouzel. We got fish and chips and a cheeseburger. Both great. The fries are delicious. Niceatmosphere. Happy we went here. Read more
We came here based off a favorite you tube channel called ride to food by Staci Wilt. The place did not disappoint the food was... awesome I had the salmon salad and my husband ate the Jambalaya! Hands down the BEST Ruben sandwich of my life! Staff was extremely friendly and the manager came around to chat with regulars... and greet new faces. Lots of great brew on tap and some local beers to entice those looking for something new. They have anarcade in the basement and outdoor seating on multiple levels. Read more
