My spouse and I really enjoy this restaurant. It's really our primary Thai establishment. It's very casual and a pleasant place... for dining in, but they're really good at delivery too. The menu is extensive, and even has some Asian cuisine that's nottypically Thai. I'm vegan, and it's very easy to find delicious vegan options here. I'm also a picky eater and dislike being thefinicky one of the bunch, but D Thai has never complained and has always made my dishes per my preferences and has never erredin the six years we've been dining there. Wish there was a 0-rating. Horrible, horrible service! I ordered online pick-up. Arrived 40 mins later, as said on the site. I... was told to wait a couple of mins. 2 ppl who arrived after I did left with their orders & over 20-mins later mine wasn't ready.I asked to cancel my order & was told they couldn't do that, I had to do it on my side. Not sure if it was just lazyness or purebad service. About 10 mins later she said she'd cancel my order, which means she could do it from the beginning but decided notto. She never apologized. We often need to get one or some of our favorites and our guests have never been disappointed, nor have we been disappointed.... The food is consistently perfect and we normally get 2 meals from each order. Read more
REALLY REALLY GOOD!! VERY CLEAN! presentation is 5 star. I've never had Thai food before otherwise I'd give it 5 stars! ... Friends that always have it and know this place is awesome recommended it. The egg rolls are delicious ???? the SATAY chickenwas great, we had orange chicken, Won Ton soup and teriyaki chicken was all fabulous. Highly recommend this place. The priceis very reasonable! Cozy atmosphere. Food isreasonably priced and there is a wait. It's mostly people ordering to go that come in, but the table... service is freindly and helpful. I usually ask questions and inquire about the level of spiciness if the dishes and they arevery freindly. The Drunken noodles are so delicious. And the sticky rice with mango is must to try. This place is a hidden gem! You have a spacious restuarant on Ogden and Harlem! Staff told me that people often miss it because... they are off the beaten path! I've been there twice and yes I have had excellent food and service each time The food is verycheap in my opinion! But if you have a love for coffee try the Thai Coffee! It is quite delectible! My wife and I ordered from here once a few months ago, the food was on par with the other places in the area. We decided to... order again, this time with my daughter who has a peanut allergy. I called and asked if the chicken teriyaki had peanuts, thewoman on the phone said yes. I said "sorry I'll need a moment, I'll call back." I called back in 5 minutes after looking at themenu and asked if the veggie friend rice had peanuts. The woman on the phone said yes. I thanked her and hung up. My wife and Idecided to just order my daughter tacos from elsewhere and place the rest of our order. When I called back my number wasblocked. I thought maybe I was just on hold, but no, 100% blocked (I tried calling from my wife's phone and got rightthrough) So, that's pretty messed up. Read more
