Everyone who works there is always so nice and easy to talk to, always good food.

08/28/21 5:35pm. My order is completely wrong. I've tried calling 5 times no answer. I have no time to bring back my sub because... I'm at work. Made an online order. Paid for sliced avocado got none. Bread wasn't toasted. Wrong sauce. And was the sloppinesssub I've ever gotten. I took a picture of my receipt and what I got. An answer would be nice. Read more
I wish I could give zero stars. I showed up at 6:45 today at Subway in Lyons, NY to get a sub. The door said they closed at 7. I... started to get out of my car and the worker there purposely looked at me and locked the door as fast as she could. THE DOOR SAIDCLOSES AT 7. I knocked on the door and said your door said you close at 7. She hid and wouldn?t let me come in. Prior to thiswhen she was locking the door the customers leaving said, ?right before we left she said she?s locking the door and she isn?tletting you in?... I won?t be going there ever again, and I am deeply upset that she did this! Hopefully I will be able to getahold of corporate because clearly this employee doesn?t care about customer service at all.
