Terrible service, 1hour wait for a hot n ready. Your better off going to the HEB right next to this location, getting a frozen... pizza, and cooking it at home. It will be ready before the " hot n ready" will. Read more

Terrible customer service. Everytime i order online there they never have it ready and it takes 30 mins to get there and i have... to wait an extra 16mins cause i order custom pizzas. Read more

I will say 90% off the time the pizza is perfect. The other 10% off time it can be pretty bad. To much grease or the pizza was... really burned. Thankfully that doesn?t happen very often. The only thing that really aggravates me the most about this place isthe ordering choices. You don?t rant have one. They never answers the phone and the voicemail is always full. The onlineordering does not work for the store in Lytle anymore, you you can?t order till you get there in person. But it?s normallyreally busy. So not only to you have to wait to order but you have to sit and wait for the order as well. Most of the time Ijust change my mind on what to get so it we be faster. Read more

I'm giving 2 stars for effort. I didn't buy any pizzas from here. I Just want to point out that i am not directing this at the... employees theyre only doing their job. They should get a raise for having to run this place with the minimum amount ofemployees. Not only are they always short staffed but what's up with the rule on no bills over 20? That's the dumbest thingever. I can't even order 4 pizzas and pay with a 50?! I mean come on. How is this money not good here? THE OWNER WHICH I DO HAVEMUCH RESPECT FOR, REALLY NEEDS TO CHANGE THINGS UP AROUND HERE! Very unfortunate I'll be making a drive to San Antonio for apizza, I am all about supporting local businesses. But how am I going to support a business that won't support us as theconsumer or the employees that have to take all the angry customers? Too much time spent training and upgrading this place whenthere should've been training on the management side. Read more

The pizza was good. However didn't know that they use people that live in San Antonio to deliver for doordash. Think something... needs to change there and if they aren't going to be able to deliver your pizza in the time they say then tell you. There is nouse calling the actual store here in Lytle no one answers mailbox full. The ph# on the order online tells you to leave a msgthat no one till this day hasn't gotten back to me. The lil Ceasars was going to close and my pizza wasn't still delivered weended up driving over to get it. Any way when I asked for my pizza the worker thought I was from door dash I said no and askedto speak to someone about what happened of course he didn't know what to say the girl he said was the one in charged couldn'thelp me. I didn't want to be charged the Door dash fee and tip since I picked up my own pizza. She didn't help me said thatwill leave a note for her supervisor to get a hold of me and no one did so horrible experience!!!!! Won't be doing this again. Read more
