Went through drive thru 30 minutes ago and asked for cheese and my hot and spicys we drove off and had to come back because they... didn?t put cheese I spoke with the manager who was very rude and said she couldn?t help us because we didn?t have a receipt. The2 gentlemen at the first window said they couldn?t give me one because they ran out of paper. The manager is very rude anddidn?t even fix our order. I think I am done with McDonald's in Lytle, TX. Reason #1, outside and inside store where advertisements of the McRib sandwich,... but when I asked I was told they don't have them anymore. They should have taken down the advertisements and or posted the itemwas no longer available. Reason #2, it's November in Texas, outside it was 45 degrees and inside the restaurant it was at least40 degrees. Would have thought someone would have turned the heater. Whataburger, Burger King, Sonic and Taco Bell are rightaround the corner, so I have options. Read more
I ordered a small ICED MOCHA FRAPPE and I was given a coffee with ice cubes floating in it. Not what I ordered at all. If I... wanted a glass of coffee with ice I would've done that at home. I went to McDonald's last Thursday just to buy a Adult happy meal and was NOT told they didn't have the box. I payed over $12... cuz of the toy and the box that I never got. If you don't have the boxes then why say you have them.. I would never spend thatmuch on a meal at McDonald's, but I did.. stop scamming people and be straight forward ???????? Read more
We stopped by after an Away football game in Devine. Both lanes were open and the wait was not long at all. My son and I have a... habit that we don?t like ice in our drinks, so we ordered them as so. But after we paid we pulled up to the second window andyoung lady had both drinks full with ice. I kept mine as is but I did have them re-do my son?s. Food order was all correct andcondiments for nuggets were in the bag except ketchup for fries. Read more
My wife picked up food today (2/24/2022) from this restaurant located 4 miles from us & this is the sorry excuse of a cheese... burger we received in our order. There is no reason for this to be happening when they use an automated system with timers &buzzers to insure their food is always made the same so that it always taste the same. This is unacceptable.. my wife & I are indisbelief & disappointed with this restaurants failure to provide a service which has been paid for & trusted to provide thatservice without health hazards. The staff at this restaurant does not comprehend the harm they may bring consumers whether kidsor adults. Read more
I specifically said no onions in burger and it looks like they added more on purpose. ????????????, this McDonald's location is... always messing up. We get home and we are either missing something from our order or the order is just completely wrong.. thefries are soggy and not to mention we always get told to pull up to one of the waiting spots even for something as simple as ahappy meal. Visited this McDonalds on Tuesday, 29 Nov 2022 at around 8:45PM. Numerous workers running around with no one at the front taking... orders. I waited for someone out of the many workers present and no one bothered to come up to the registers to takeorders...after 5 minutes of standing there being ignored I left. On 1 Dec at 10:45AM I visited again and experienced the exactsame issue, ignored again and left. I called a manager while sitting over at the near by Burger King and explained that thiscustomer service issue is unacceptable! I live near this McDonalds and sadly to say won't ever go back after these twoincidents. Someone over there needs to provide some serious customer focused training and raise a sense of urgency in regard toensuring that when a customer walks in the door they are greeted, assisted and someone is available to take orders.
