Slow night ~max 3 cars parked. Yet, it took well over 25 mins. To get 2 burgers. Then the buns were not even warmed up, grilled.
Came to pick up an online order. They need to be more aware of double checking and making sure they have everything. Sat there... for another 20 minutes waiting on it. Had to push the button to remind them I was still there WAITING... not at all satisfiedwith the service today. ???? Read more
Carhop was very nice, looked like he was working by himself. Ordered tots. Tasted horrible, as if frying oil had not been... changed in a while. Even my puppy turned her nose up to the tots! Read more
Always a great stop for food and drinks. Had the Churro Shake and it was amazing. Thier Corn Dogs are the best. Nice Crisp on... the outside, nice and soft on the inside. These were especially delicious because they tasted like bacon, lol. Everything isbetter with bacon. Read more
I just left sonic in Lytle, this place is horrible. Ordered 2 ice tea, sounds easy. Wrong. The guy at the drive thru got mad... because the order he want d to give me was not mine, gave him my money only to have it yanked from my hand. He gave me my change(the bills only) not the coin part. Guess he thought he deserved a tip. My cups were handed to me with the lids not attached,tea all over the sides and hardly any ice and the cups weren?t even full. I did order extra ice. Before I could ask for the restof my change he shut the door. This is not the first bad experience, 2 weeks ago ended up with a tea and Dr.Pepper but didn?tknow until I was home. Every time. I come and order the same thing almost every time and EVERY SINGLE TIME it is wrong. A supersonic breakfast burrito.... Eggs, cheese, onions, tomato, jalapeño, sausage and tots. This time I got lettuce(?), egg and sausage...? All they have to dois look at their own menu? I don't understand why it is so hard. I don't recommend this place. Or sonic in general, honestly.The other locations do the same thing. I'm done trying with this place. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else. Read more
Ordered a few things from sonic and was disappointed to be given old expired brown hot dog. I also ordered a coney and there was... a huge difference in freshness. I called the local sonic but no answer. Picture of the coney and the regular hot Dog forcomparison. I always check my order to make sure it's correct but never check for freshness considering I expect to be buyingfresh food. Read more
They kept getting our order wrong. I asked for a lime sluch drink the machine was making them watery. I went a couple weeks ago... for ice coffee they weren't serving it at the time. Bad luck with the drinks. Read more
