Keep on keeping on guys! Had to rush for the food because we were in a hurry. But all in all,we did enjoyed it all.
I went to the drive thru Saturday evening on 8/20/2022 around 6:30. They weren't busy just an average wait at the drive thru. I... may have waited around 7 minutes to get up to the window to get my food. I went straight home and my food was cold. It wasn'twarm at all. I ordered the number one all the way with onion rings. I ordered my husband a jalapeno burger with onion rings. Hiswas kinda warm. I haven't had any trouble in the past hopefully I won't in the future. Read more
Probably the dirtiest Whataburger I?ve seen. That may be because it?s attached to a gas station off of the interstate. The men?s... restroom had no soap. I waited 20 minutes and my food still hadn?t been brought out. I had to go ask and it was sitting in theback. I understand that it?s hard for businesses to find employees now but so disappointing after what Whataburger used to be. We came in a large group as we were traveling through here. And the manager right away looked upset and stepped out saying it... would be a while. As we were waiting a customer came in and made a racist comment and when confronted started backing hisstatement off. Not to mention the vomite in the bathroom sink and one toilet was a real mess. The staff here are nice people. I can tell by the listless expressions and tired looks on the faces of the people in the back... that they are probably dealing with dingbat customers all day but they stay strong and are always polite and cheerful andprofessional! I hope their manager pays them very well for their hard work! The food is good and they always offer me ketchupeven if I don't have fries. Read more
This place always makes food wrong or missing something today was my drinks had to tell them how to read a receipt then my... gravy?s were missing had to tell them that too. Tea was old and had a bad taste. Then get home and missing my Buffalo and ranchnot in the bag. Paid 75 dollars for dinner and it was not worth 10 bucks. Wow, slow service. I stood in line for well more than 5 mins with no one at the cash register. Several patrons in front of me... were all upset they had waited for more than 20 mins for their food. All the orders In front of me were missing food or times. Iordered a salad so it could be an easy order. Read more
We waited about 45 minutes for our order of two whatabutgers with fries/onion rings. Food was cold when we finally got it so... we had to send fries/onion rings back. There was no salt or napkins on the table up front so we had to wait for them to bringthose to.our table. Also they were out of lemon for the tea! NEVER AGAIN! Terrible service and food. Read more
