I know its cheap fast food but when i order a burger i expect there to be MEAT on the BURGER! Horrible service! No greetings when you came in and ordered. My order was thrown on the counter as she called out my number. I... had to ask for my drink as they forgot it. No apologies, No, here you go. She set it on the counter and walked away. (She didthis to the customer in front of me so I was prepared for the same service) I thanked her anyway for her time. When I got to thecar my food was dumped in the bag from said tossing onto the counter and my fries were cold. What happened to customer servicethese days. I understand everyone has a bad day. Went there two months ago and it would have been hard to give it one star. Much improved. Fries were even hot and crispy. I... didn't have to wait long. I always stop by every evening to enjoy the company of the staff while getting my frappe with three shots of espresso before I... start my drive back to Dallas. I really enjoy the people there. They are wonderful people. I treat them how I want to be treatedand they show the same respect. If the machine is down and I had already paid for it on the app, I do not get upset and theyappreciate the respect that I give them.
