This is my local pizza place near me so I come here when we order pizza. There was a wait even tho I ordered on the app. Guess... the people in the lobby had been waiting for a while cause I ha heard a lot of huffing and puffing. A couple people just walkedout. I gave 5 stars because there was only 2 guys making pizza and one of the same guys running the register going back andfourth. But they did what they could given the circumstances. So I understand because my job is short staffed in alldepartments and people don't care or understand. They just what their product. Do I commend those 2 guys for being there onlabor day weekend(busy) cause they could've just stayed home. Read more
The manager of the mableton location needs to be fired! Its the second time ive been to this location where she was bluntly... ignoring us talking on her phone. At one point she yell at the employees busted their butts to come help me while she islaughing talking and being on her phone. She then decides to finally walk to the front stand infront of the register i was atcontinued to talk on her phone never took my order or said hello even though me and my sister both tried to start conversation.Its completely unprofessional and rude how i was treated tonight. She had me waiting almost 30 mins because she refused to doanything but carry on her conversation. Read more
How can you look at a pizza with burnt cheese and say yea that's good a customer will be happy with that? Like people out here... spending there hard working money on bad quality food at the end of the day that employee didn't care. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! Even the MANAGER is completely disrespectful! Witnessed a customer with wait over 45 min for two... pizzas while other large orders were dispatched. The customer repeatedly requested an approximate wait time while the managerhad nothing but rude remarks. Come to find out the customer has a health condition which of course was not helped by the?manager? acting out of line. Someone get this lady some training on customer service. Read more
Friday July 22, 2022 around noon the store was very busy, they were short staff, yet they were still very courteous and... friendly. When my pizza came out it was a little darker than I preferred. The manager apologize and offered to make me anotherpizza. However. I had already called my Lyft, they came quicker than expected. Rushing out I left my bags in LC with thingspurchased prior too. Today Tuesday 26 I went back to LC and explained to that same Manager that I didn't receive my pizza onFriday. Not only did remember me, but he also had my bags I left . I was very surprised, the fact he Cared along being busy hetook time to put my things in safe keepings. Not only do I want the Public to recognize him, also Management for his loyalcustomer service they should be thankful for a genuine, hard working young Man. I would give zero stars if it let me Ordered online at 4 Said it would be ready at 440 Got to the store at 450 It's already... passed 540 and I'm still waiting for 2 pizzas and wings. Smh. Never again. And the manager didn't care! I will gladly take mybusiness elsewhere! Read more
I was ok. I was kinda unhappy with how my pizza turned out because it looks very burn. But the other pizza look good.
Unclean. Weather it is attitude or sanitary there's an all around issue when you ask for a manager they walk up and when the... person at the front says "I handled it" before the manager even asks whats going on; the manager walks away. They had severalpizzas in the hot and ready display and claimed to have none and when someone from the kitchen heard that they brought one outand they cashier shook her head no and the person in the kitchen just walked away with it. So we decided to just order somepizza and when my mom went to pay she sat a fifty on the counter and the person at the register the one who said there were nopizzas hot and ready, Who told the cook she didn't need the pizza, and told the manager "she handled it" and the managerlistened to; told my mom to "pick it up and hand it to me". Then sold the people behind us a hot and ready. I only saw onedifference between us and it wasn't gender. Read more
