I called Marco's and placed an order over the phone. The guy who answered took my card and REPEATED EACH NUMBER LOUDLY over the... phone. Then when it didn't go through the first time, he had me repeat the number AGAIN and AGAIN he repeated the numbers LOUDLYfor anyone within earshot of him would hear. AND he said he was WRITING IT ALL DOWN before submitting it! Lord have mercy! Ireally hope he has the sense to burn whatever peice of paper he wrote my information on before someone steals it and startsordering junk off the internet! Seriously! I am trying to give the guy the benefit of the doubt that he wasn't trying to stealmy info and he was just being stupid. Even if it was carelessness, I think he should know that you should NEVER DO THAT! Younever know who might be snooping. Needless to say, I'll be watching my account for the next few days. And if I notice anyunusual charges, I'm going to be livid! Read more

Love Marcos pizza since I was a kid. This location has some issues. Moved to Mableton 3mo ago, have ordered for pick up twice at... this location. Each time we follow the online prompt stating our arrival and it instructs us to wait in the car. Both time wesit and wait for over 15min while staff stand around at the counter. Both times we eventually walk in and are met withindifferent attitudes and handed the order that's sitting on a shelf. By the time we get home pizza is warmish. Not sure what'swrong with the system but its not great and a smile would go a long way. Read more
Visited this location on 9/3/2022. Watched one employee rub his nose and go back to putting toppings on a pizza without gloves.... Watched another sit down, play with his hair and go straight to the kitchen to fix food without gloves. I asked about the lackof washing hands and sanitary standards. Employee said gloves are not required and employees were informed that the heat of theoven kills germs. I cancelled my order. Disgusting. Read more
So, I originally called to place an order for delivery, but they didn?t have a driver working. I then placed an order for carry... out, arrived, and there was another customer. I waited. Another customer walked in and they fulfilled their order and skippedme. Unprofessional, and I will not be coming back to this establishment again. Read more
Seriously? I got a whole XL pizza delivered and they didn't even bother to cut it. Smh
My husband did a pickup order and noticed one of our pizzas was thoroughly burned. He notified the employee and the employee... made us a replacement. The pizza was good, but I've noticed multiple reviews mention the fact that their pizzas were burned.Burned pizzas should not be given out to paying customers. Read more
