I went to this Martin this morning in haven't been here in long time. Walk up to the cashier. I said Good Morning. She didn't... say back. She said may I help you thats it. And she supposed to be a manager with that attitude . Every time you go in thereshe got a bad attitude . She gave me my change. I ask for a receipt she said she already had cashed out . She should gave areceipt with my change or ask me. That's why I stopped going to this Martin before. Because of the attitude. My Borther say thethe Grits was cold and chicken sandwich was cold all his food icy cold . bad attitude , bad customer service . All the Martinneed take a customer service class.. And they need remodeled and up-to-date equipment I guess someone needs to call thehealth department. To get involved in these Martins R estaurant. to let them know whats going on . They are so slow. Had towait on french fries. In when I did get them they was raw. I didn't take them back because of there attitude. Last time let thisgo but not this time . I will be getting. Cleanliness and organization was terrible. Employees using same pair of gloves to clean counter and prep food. And other... employee not using gloves to cook bacon or sausages. I walked out. Not the best location. Martins has good food just don'trecommend this location. Read more
I've been living over here for 5 yrs. Finally checked this place out. 1st visit was great. Food was awesome and I loved the... shake. 2nd visit, shake machine not working, food ok. 3rd visit, I received undercooked fries, thrown together burger and STILLno shake machine. The drive thru was ridiculously long. I think I'm done coming here. And the drive thru person never greetedme. Its expensive to eat out now. So it's become a luxury. I at least expect decent food and decent customer service. Fries arein the trash. What a waste! Read more
Unfortunately, my sausage biscuit was subpar. The biscuit was as hard as a brick, the sausage was old and hard around the edges.... It was borderline inedible. My hash brown was soft, soggy and saturated with grease. The best part of my order was the orangejuice. This subpar meal was $9. If I had been served this via dine in I would have requested a refund or an exchange forsomething edible. The two stars are based on my historical knowledge of Martin's and my belief that they can do better. Read more
This is probably the worst experience with a fast food restaurant, I understand being short-staffed but what I do not understand... how you are going to give me fries out of someone's bag. Place is not clean, shake too sweet, poor customer services due tolack of staff, one person running indoor and outdoor did not have a great attitude. The person had nerve to take a personalcall on their cellphone while the drive-thru is backed up. The hamburger was cold and the fries were overcooked. I was betweena rock and a hard place because I was short on time. Beware, stay away. Read more
Prep area not kept clean. A pile of fries under fryer to say the least. Cashier, she is friendly and with a small. Wait time for... my order was rather quick. I did order the double burger combo. Absolute horrible experience! The staff was very rude, establishment not clean, food was tasteless, gravy strait water and flour... disgusting????. They also overcharged me! This is how the steak biscuits look! Read more
