THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I placed an order with papa johns at 1:15pm? the 3rd party service said it would be an HOUR wait... which I was totally fine with? 21/2 HRS go by and my pizza still isn?t delivered. I call the 3rd party ordering service back andwas on hold for an additional 30 mins before speaking to someone. I spoke with a supposed off duty manager named JAMES who wasvery dismissive this first go around but he informed me the pizza was on the cutting block and on its way AND that he would take50% off my order? an additional HOUR goes by and they deliver the wrong pizza. I give the pizza back and STILL tipped thedriver? I call back and am put on hold AGAIN for an additional 30 minutes? I finally speak with a young lady who is informed byanother manager named Evelyn( I think) to remake my pizza AND comp the entire order? for some reason James is put back on thephone with me again and now he?s just totally rude and insinuating that I?m being confrontational about my pizza that I ordered,paid for AND tipped for. After we go back and forth he informs me that my order is being made and will be out for delivery? Ithen thank James and apologized for any confusion. 30 mins later Evelyn the manager on duty calls me back to inform me that myorder is on the way and she apologized for the inconvenience. 30 mins later around 615pm my order is finally delivered butapparently they delivered two pizzas which one I found laying on my car parked in my drive way? so the first pizza was wrong andgiven back, there was a second pizza delivered but the person left it on my car and the third pizza was finally delivered by asurprisingly pleasant and understanding young lady. I ordered a pizza online as usual at 8:45 pm and never got it. I called and the lady said she would have it remade and delivered... but still nothing. Worst customer service ever now I?ve got to call back to get my money refunded. Read more
Totally burned 40 dollars pizza.
This was the worst Ive had. The pizza look horrible. The bottom was burned. Toppings said hunt for me. Barely any sauce. My... first visit to the location and my last. Frozen would have been better. I didnt check before I left the store. My bad. Read more
It took 2 hours for me to get my pizza. When I called to ask about it, the manager responded with "the driver has other orders"... which I do understand. Two hours, however, is ridiculous. I mentioned it had been two hours to which he replied "well what doyou want me to do about it". On top of the unnecessary attitude I received from a manager, I did not receive an item I orderedand the driver told me that he gave it to someone else. He also told me to call the store and ask nicely so I could beconsidered a nice customer in order to get my refund. So basically just don't complain and they will refund you for the itemTHEY are responsible for leaving off. This was a nightmare of an experience. I'm not usually one to leave negative reviewsunless it's a horrible experience. The attitude and comments I received absolutely did not make up for this store's mistakes. Read more
