Awful experience. I have had two very bad run in's with this location, and normally I would not leave a review, but my most... recent experience calls for one. Two months ago after just moving to the area, I placed an order on a Friday night with PizzaHut for delivery and paid with card. Two hours go by and no delivery was made to my home. I then proceed to call the locationand the manager on shift answers the phone. When I ask about my order she tells me she cannot find it, and proceeds to askquestions like "are you sure you placed it for today?". I respond to all of her questions as I was looking at the emailedreceipt of my order while talking to her on the phone. She then proceeds to hang up the phone in the midst of me talking, and Iimmediately drive to the location to confront the manager and demand answers. All in all, they tell me that apparently thedelivery driver decided to never come by my house and I end up receiving a refund, as well as no explanation for the poorcustomer service on the phone when talking to the manager. I let things slide since I received a refund, and carry on. Flashforward to the date of me writing this review. It is another Friday night, and being in a good mood I decide to place anotherorder with Pizza Hut for delivery, this time with cash. It is about 10:30 pm the order is placed, and the location closes at 12midnight. After about 11:45 with no delivery I call the location and no one answers so I decide to drive to the location to seeabout my order, and try to save them a delivery trip. When I arrive I am told by the same manager that they have thrown out myorder?!?!?! I am honestly not surprised, as my first experience taught me that I should not have given this location a secondopportunity, and should have taken my business elsewhere. I was calling in about a special are either a personal pan pizza but I used to love Pizza Hut whenever I was young lol but... that?s all our school was dealing with at the time so I order my pizza yesterday and it is more than I expected for my budget itwas only one pizza for 24 dollars But Pizza Hut was the place to go it was really good quality pizza and also I loved it thatthe crust so I was just kind of confused on the pricing that they charge me yesterday for a medium pizza Read more
The cashier had just gotten yelled at by another customer as I was walking in the door. The cashier was so nervous and started... to cry. I let her know I would be friendly and gave her a smile. She was an absolute gem and I told her she was beautiful andnever let anyone make her cry again. She thanked Mr and I thanked her for being an amazing cashier. Love Love LOVE this Pizza Hut! I have a Pizza Hut that closer to my home but they never make their food right. So, yes I drive... 15mins away to get good not burnt cheese sticks. The lady at the front counter was very nice plus the place is clean. Thank you. Read more
