I went by this location on August 12th and the 13th . The young girl on the register was on her phone and you could tell it was... a personal phone call . What I was purchasing totaled around 12 dollars but she only charged me 4 . I told her that wasn'tcorrect and she just looked at me . I did inform the manager on duty . The worst RacTrac I ever been to. 12/14 at approximately 2:40 pm, I enter to use the restroom and the get some gas. On the way... to the restroom, there was tissue paper on the floor by the bathroom. I ignore that, once in the lady's room the 2 stalls werenot flushed. I waved my hand but it didn't work. I went to the register area, where 3 employees in the area. The guy was countmoney, another lady was eating, and the third was just standing there. I asked, "was the toilets down this hours?" she respondedno, nothing is wrong with the toilets, and she hasn't been in there. I explained again, the toilets were not flushed and i wastrying to use the bathroom. She continue to say nothing is wrong and asked the man counting the money was there anything wrongwith the toilets? Then tells me they been working all day nothing is wrong with them. The guy counting the money mentioned, hewould check when he is done. So, I have to wait for a man to go check the bathroom and two female employees, was standing rightthere. Customer service is everything. luck for them, I had a 3pm appointment and I wasn't evaluating this location. If thefloor was dirty then so is the cooking area. NASTY!! This location never prints out a receipt at the gas pump for their customers. Forcing people to go inside the store to retrieve... receipts, for what? When you go in the store you see employees not wearing masks, people coming in and out of the store,touching items with their dirty hands at the Swirl World. Two employees in the store, you go up to late night walk up window toask for the receipt the pump wouldn?t print for the umpteenth time in a couple of months, only to not be greeted by twoemployees ignoring me at the walk up window, before they finally got tired of me standing there ringing the bell, and out of theblue told me, ?we?re closed,? and walked away. Zero customer service. This has gone on long enough, we have tried to let thingsslide due to labor shortages and everything and we understand that this is a current issue. However, this has been ourexperience at this location long before the pandemic, giving folks the benefit of the doubt got us absolutely nowhere, we can nolonger spend our money at RaceTrac. Soo tonight is my birthday. An we stopped at this location to use the restroom and buy snacks. Before 11pm the restroom was... blocked off. Then Rudely told that it was closed. Really dude. If ur open then ur restroom needs to be. We left without buyinganything or using the restroom. Read more
The manger on duty tonight was super helpful and sweet I think her name was Selena. She was a very beautiful Spanish lady, she... helped me out find the tire repair kit for my car! She?s a lifesaver! Give that woman a raise!! Read more
There is a cashier at the location on Floyd with locks who is extremely helpful. I did not catch her name but she was very... perceptive and has the warmest smile. This is the only location that shuts down every night and they are right off of the highway.
