Awful, Awful, Awful!!!. Its Sun at 10:35am and the store was locked as customers were outside waiting. Its a temperature of 38... and there is no sense of urgency. The staff finally opened up the door and said there was an incident where non of the equipmentwas cleaned. The store is late to open so they can sanitize everything. As a customer, I don't want to hear that and moreimportantly your day is shot because you let everything sit out jver night with out cleaning. I really question the managementfor this location and most importantly the cleanliness. To say I am highly disappointed is a start. I doubt the health inpectorswould have approved of their safety methods based on what I smelled, heard, and seen from the staff at the front door!!! If Icould rate it at a NO star I would! Read more

Good day, please get back to the way that the excellent customer was at this location please. I remember when the doors opened... and the team was awesome. Yesterday a staff member hiding her earbuds under a layer of braids kept saying?. what did yousay! In my head I was like you messed up twice on the snorting and didn?t follow the check list for the Ingredients on thesmoothie I?ve been getting for about 6 years after waiting about 20 min or so the smoothie was watered down tremendously. Been waiting a little under 45 mins for order. Super super slow location. One guy being over worked but has good customer... service. Definitely not a good location to come too. I will never return. DO NOT GO!!!! Read more

Never consistent with their smoothies.. and when you speak to management/owner she isn?t helpful or understanding. One employee... makes a smoothie different from the other, it?s ridiculous, which is watery and never taste the same. Black owned which isawesome and you try to support but it?s difficult when they?re inconsistent! Read more

The manager at this location is completely incompetent. Ordered 3 smoothies off the Smoothie King website. Delivery driver was... given only 1 of the 3 smoothies to deliver. Manager actually said it was "my fault" and I had to come to the store to pick upthe other 2 smoothies. I asked for the refund of the 2 smoothies to include the delivery fee so that I could reorder. Herefused to give back the delivery fee! As if I would ever pay an additional $3.99 to get 1 smoothie. I know finding goodemployees are tough right now but they'll clearly make ANYONE a manager at this location. I hope this makes its way tocorporate so they can see how little you care about your customers, how unwilling you are to keep them happy, and how foolishyou are to think that it's a customer's responsibility to ensure their full order is picked up by a delivery driver.
