My husband and I stopped in tonight for a quick dinner and the girl I think Mikayla was her name at the counter was attentive... and working very hard to get waiting customers orders prepared and bagged up. We waited maybe 15 minutes and our food was ready.Husband got the wings & I got the Philly Cheesesteak combo with tots & a drink and it was fresh as well as Delicious! Will beback! Read more
This place used to be really good. Now the food is terrible. The fried rice was weird with string beans in it and the lemon... pepper chicken was just a mound of salt. Definitely not worth the $14 bucks I paid for a 6 piece and rice after waiting 20minutes. Read more
Trash? ordered honey lemon pepper and mild lemon pepper wings with fries. We waited for about 15 mins and the food came out... cold. Fries soggy, wings were not hot. Plus the drink machine was out of everything. All sodas empty. Needed to use thebathroom, no soap or paper towels. Employees eating and drinking behind the counter. Very poorly managed. This is the worst WNB I?ve been too. I go to the ones on the east side of Atlanta and their food is always great. Fried rice is... always moist and flavorful and has an oily glow to it like it just came out of the wok. And they use broccoli in theirs. Was inMableton for a concert so wanted to stop for some food. Ordered the shrimp fried rice and requested no peas and carrots (like Ialways do). I was so disappointed. Shrimp was not deveined and not only did they NOT take out the peas and carrots, there weregreen beans and corn in the mix as well, which they did not list on the menu. Might as well call it succotash fried rice. Andthe rice was dry as heck. Ruined my night. Read more
I see why they have a HIGE sign bribing folks to leave a 5star reviews.. phone never works for orders. Called it while waiting... for order inside and she literally clicked it off. The food is amazing but this particular location could use customerservice/time management training.. the girlies all playing on their phones and talking about nonappropriate subjects infront ofcustomers while the waiting area needed a cleaning real bad. This is my first time eating at this location because I was in the area I love the chamblee tucker location but this one by far... is disgusting I almost threw up when I opened my food. I never knew you can burn rice and give it to someone. I must say when Icalled to complain the guy who answered was very pleasant and was willing to give me a refund but I ordered through door dashthank goodness DoorDash refunded me because this is nasty and I will never order from this location again. Also I didn?t like onDoorDash they didn?t give you an option for special instructions because I wanted lemon pepper wet and I didn?t want eggs oronions in my rice but I was willing to take a risk until I received this mess. DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE PEOPLE! We ordered from this location for lunch, telephonically. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and... tater tots. My son ordered the big cheesesteak with fries and five wings. I went and picked up my order and they told me theydid not have tater tots, okay no problem. The total was a little high at $35.49, so I grabbed a menu they had sitting on thecounter, thinking the prices must have increased from the menu I have at home. I get home and compare the receipt with the menuand they charged me 12.99 for a 12 inch while the menu says it should be 9.99. I called and spoke with the manager who triedjustifying it. I then look at my sandwich and it had black specs throughout it, I?m assuming it?s burnt onions. The managersaid they gave me a Big chicken cheesesteak but there was barely any filling inside (see photos). So they overcharge you afternot having what you ordered and still serve you burnt food! My wife and I placed an order on door dash for pickup, no problem. They said the order would be ready at 640pm we got there at... 640pm and it wasn't ready. That's understandable but we didn't get our food until 730om. My wife said that no one apologized forthe inconvenience or anything. It was like they could care less. It's cool, never will spend our money here again. And the foodwas horrible. Should have went to McDonald's. Spent over 40 dollars for nothing but they could care less. Read more
