Fries were hot, but burgers cold. Out of most things, including straws and catchup. Over all, pretty miserable experience.
This has been the worst possible fast food dining experience in all of Macclenny. For the second time. We ordered 3burgers and... one cookie. Everything was wrong except the cookie. Have you ever trotted to call them? Good luck. Oh! and make sure you give alisten to that voice-mail. I am only giving them a 1 star rating because I Cant give them a zero star rating. Aweful. Walked to door at 08:17 door was locked. Starting walking back to truck and employee came out of the back dook. When he... seen me he shot back in the store. 2 minutes later another employee came iut and said doirs do not open until about 09:00 walktheu the drive thru. Oce at window no burgers for breakfest. Stopped off the interstate. The young lady at the register was talking to another young man. She kept staring at me as she spoke... to this man. I finally asked if the young man was ordering (he wasn't). I intially thought the young man was a customer until hetried to get behind the counter and they were playing and blocking the door. I GUESS he was an employee that wasn't on theclock? Anyways, she was rude, but all the other employees were very polite. The three stars is for the food and the otheremployees. Stopped in for breakfast. Employee taking order was relatively polite and professional. It was not that busy and overall the... premises were pretty clean. The food however left much to be desired. Chicken biscuit was over cooked and dry. Almost inedible.Hash browns were so-so. Read more
I went to use the automatic teller machine. Notice there was no mention of the 2 for 5.00 special. I look around the store and... noticed there was no sign mention the deal either. So I had to cancel my order and go to the register and ask about the special.Why hide the fact that buger king is running a 2 for 5.00 special. Because they didn't want the customer to know about it. Badbusiness practiced. I only knew because of the last bugerking I went to. The food was fresh and good. But I got the wrongsandwich. But I didn't complain. I just took what the store thought I deserved and left. Cooperate needs to call them and askwhy they are hiding the specials. Read more
