Waiting in line with only two people in front of me for over 5min, the staff working, which actually was fully staffed, didn't... acknowledge anyone in line the entire time. Dunkin has the best perked coffee but there are many variables that effect the satisfaction level. Old coffee cakes sold as... fresh. Or not having enough donuts to meet daily demands. Long lines everyday and high turnover, often training new staff atpeek hours. Staff have great customer service skills in view of the odds. America runs on dunkin. Read more
Came in to get an iced coffee. Walked past the kiosk that was just a suggestion not a requirement. Went to the register to... order, girl behind the counter ignored us and walked away not acknowledging us at all. This will be the last time I go thereafter 2 other bad experiences. The owner and management needs to step in badly and do some retraining on customer service. Read more
We stopped for an iced coffee and frozen coffee. Just shy of $10. I looked at the marquee and the prices were much less on the... board for each. The employee said the board is wrong and the machine has the right price. My husband asked to speak with themanager. It is 6:02 am on a Sunday. This says your hours were verified 2 weeks ago. But your store is closed. I placed an order online... and can?t get a refund so I pulled into the Walmart parking lot. I watched an employee walk out the back door over towards theT-Mobile store, I watched another employee pull up and get out saying she?s an hour late, However turns off the drive throughthing that tells you that the store is closed. Walks out past the car waiting at the drive through, doesn?t even acknowledgethem and puts a sign on the speaker, then gets in her car and leaves! Then I see another employee banging to get into the backdoor! In the time I have written this yall have lost 13cars of business. And one of these ?employees? has to be the managerright? Because employees are in the building, which means someone has keys?.I don?t have time to sit here, but how else am Igoing to get refunded, or the donuts for these kids birthday sleepover breakfast? Horrible. Walked in and had to wait over 20 minutes just to use the bathroom. Then got in line only to be told that they... ?weren?t taking orders at the cash register because there wasn?t no one to work it.? Got in the drive thru which took over 30minutes. Workers barely spoke at an audible level, seemed to be arguing with each other and could not remember what we orderedafter being told several times over. The donuts had finger smudges in them. Literally not even an ounce of customer service wasto be found anywhere in this place. Do not go there?stay far, far away. Do better DD. Disappointed and embarrassed for the DDreputation and brand. Just ok? donuts didn?t seem as fresh as they should for 7:30 in the morning.
Stores says it closes at 8pm, it was 5:50pm. Asked for a donut and was told they didn?t have any, asked for a different one and... was also told no, one more time asked for a third different one and they were also unavailable. Asked for powder donut holes butwas told they don?t carry those the. Asked for a 10 piece glazed donut holes and while they did have those not only did they notseem to be from the same day but they also seem to not be able to count as my order was one short. The store was empty and yetthey seemed to be in a rush. Luckily I will not be returning as I was just passing through. Will stick to KK instead! Read more
