This Hardee's used to be fantastic! They had the best hamburgers and onion rings! Now...no more! The onion rings were beer... battered..no more. The bacon tastes like fake meat. My cheeseburger had runny cheese ...not sliced...it was like liquid cheesehad been poured on it. Could not even taste the hamburger. Oh, their milkshakes also used to be fantastic. Last one we got acouple of weeks ago was like a cup of milk. Poor management! Train your employees! I would not be surprised if this Hardee'scloses in the near future! Sad... I tried sending a presponse to the response to my original review....a weird and long emailaddress was given. However, when I tried sending an email, it came back as unrecognizable address???? OF course, what more doesthe manager need to know? Just train your employees. Read more
Really bad experience.Stopped in to get a burger and fries through the drive thru. Was told the burger that I wanted was going... to be minus mushrooms because they had run out of. I said ok but when I got to my destination I opened my burger and nothing onit but bar-b-que sauce. Not a happy camper and I should have gone back but wasn't worth the effort. It is really hit and miss onfood at any fast food place anymore which isn't really fast food. Read more
Had the breakfast platter. Very economical and yet so tasty. Slices of crispy bacon, soft egg omelette, fluffy biscuit and... sausage gravy. And love love those tater tots with some ketchup. Ordered 2 apple pies for just $1! Very happy. Read more
Went in to order the food, it did take longer than I thought was normal but was worth the wait cause after getting back in truck... I realized why the time it took. I had the most freshest chicken tender I'd ever eaten.. mmm mmm yum ???? Read more
This is THE CLEANEST Hardee's that I have been to. The lights, window sills, floor and tables & chairs clean and dust free. ... Food was great and service was awesome. I know, right! This team is on it's "A" game. It's like spotting bigfoot, riding aunicorn. Read more
Went to get what I was craving which was a Hardee's burger. Only one in the drive through and it took forever to get my order... which was pathetic. I ordered the Southwest BBQ burger which has lettuce,tomato, cheeseburger,onion rings but was advised thatthey didn't have any onion rings. No big deal until I got ready to eat my burger and all I had was cheeseburger with BBQ saucein a squashed bun that looked like it had been nuked. The fries were good though. This is the third Hardee's that I have eatenat in Florida and they have lost a longtime customer. Read more
Last 3 times I have went here for breakfast I got the sausage egg and cheese biscuits ?. Every single time they have tasted like... they were 3 days old and reheated ? they were on the cool side biscuit was burned and so was the egg?. Last time I eat at thisnasty place Read more
I understand it's a holiday and you're forced to work a shift at work. But just because you don't want to be there doesn't mean... you should mess other people's food up. This was just unacceptable. Unfortunately been on the road 5 hours on our honeymoon anddecided to eat here. Please take pride in your work. Read more
