Rude employee in drive thru after asking for the rest of my order she forgot. Slammed window twice and said "what do you want?"
Pitiful. Waited 5 minutes, placed was not busy. No one acknowledged us with an "be right with you. Two employees walked past us... and said nothing and we left....for good! Read more

Not only did we have to wait 20 minutes for them to cook fries but they also didn't put the whole order in the bag and then the... girl that brought the stuff out to the car started arguing and cussing at the passenger in my car. Very disrespectful andthreatening violence won't be going back there good thing there are fried chicken options in Macclenny now, guess my money willbe going to Popeye's from now on. Read more
Went here last night. Usually get fresh everything. Everything was fresh besides the chicken. What skin was left was burnt to a... crisp and had tasted like it was sitting all day. Kids were very disappointed they couldn't even eat the chicken. Read more
Have ate at this KFC since 1988. Always loved the service and food, however may it be the new chicken establishment in town or... not, the chicken tonight looked almost as small as chicks. Spent $40 on one bucket of chicken (16 pieces and biscuits) but wouldhave to say it only amounted to 8 pieces. Wings were the same size as the legs and thighs. Every place has its ups and down sohopefully just a bad night. Would go back because the staff are outstanding and friendly with quick service. Read more
Customer service here are so bad that one manager named Katelyn is so rude they forgot my side item and i came through the drive... thru and ask them about it they slammed the window on me plus the crispy chicken i had was old and hard im so disappointed andso disgusted by this kfc i wouldn?t go here again if you like kfc dont go to this place food is nasty and the staff are rudedont waste your money.
