"Frappe machine wasn't working." Would not make a hot mocha or an iced mocha coffee. Employee was very rude and unhelpful. It's... typical for this location to not have the things that you are requesting, but to get attitude back from the staff was uncalledfor. We love Macdonald an hope they make some changes! Read more
I don't like how everything is being forced over to credit card payments instead of cash it seems like they do not want to... accept cash anymore which is very annoying. Last week I went inside and i was just trying to get a drink I ordered on the littlekiosk thing and then sat there for 15 minutes waiting to pay while each person looked at me and kept doing what they were doingand nobody helped me I finally left. If I could give the customer service here less than 1 start I would. Better off just making your own burgers and fries! They we're good, fast, and polite here, and even went to find the happy meal toys my kids wanted to get. I would have given them... 5 stars, but they forgot to put the chicken nuggets on one of my kids happy meals. I don't know how they forgot the main item,but they quickly got it for me and made everything right. Read more
We stopped by at lunch time on a Saturday. They were super busy, but the order was accurate and the service was fast and... polite. I'm going to give 5 stars because this was a good overall experience, but also post a picture of this trash crispychicken sandwich that McDonald's should be embarrassed to sell for over 4 bucks. Do not eat here. Our order took 40 minutes- a kids meal, hamburger, and 6 nuggets. There were two other orders ahead of mine, so... not a long line or anything. People who ordered after me abandoned their orders because it was taking so long. There were 5employees, though 1-2 would disappear for long stretches of time, and only two of them appeared to be doing anything productive.Everyone else looked like they were just picking things up and putting them down in other places.
