Courteous at register, pleasant, helped us make our choices , and never showed any anxiety over our changing order .
I would give 0 stars if it would allow me. I wait at the speaker for 10 minutes and had to call the store to ask them if the... speaker was broken. There were cars pulled off to the side waiting everywhere. No one said there was a wait for the food I satat the window for 45 minutes waiting on our food. Read more
I?ve ordered online several times to pick up on my way home with this place and they never even know about it until I get there.... The last time I did this I was left waiting 45 mins to get my order and even then it still wasn?t right. The staff acts like youinconvenience them and the managers I?ve seen are rude. This Popeyes will not last very long. The food I've ordered here has been fine, but the service is just plain terrible. The... employees do not seem to be aware they are at a business that depends on repeat customers. Similar to the Macclenny McDonald's,I will be passing by this restaurant from now on.
