I only gave 1 star so I could post the review. But definitely doesn?t deserve any stars at all. So I went to get dinner for my... gf and I around 6pm yesterday. I got there and Sera and Kate were working the line and Austin was in the back. I?m thankful Iordered my gfs salad first and got the black olives she wanted on it. As Sera was making my sandwiches, Kate was making her ownpersonal sandwich while eating the toppings she was putting on her sandwich. She threw a handful of olives in her mouth straightfrom the topping bucket. Gross. I asked Sera to make her stop bc it?s disgusting. Kate said she does it all the time. The olivesweren?t changed out and when I went to ask for her name she didn?t want to tell me. She hesitated and then gave it. Not tomention Kates nails were so long I saw them poking out of her gloves while she was making her personal sandwich. I called tospeak to the area manager but she wasn?t available. My wife was on her lunch break today and she called in a sub order. She went and picked her sub up and once she opened the... wrapper she realized it was not the sandwich she ordered? without any hesitation Celina sincerely apologize for the sub mixupand corrected the mistake and remade the sub she had originally ordered? it?s nice to see that there are still people out therethat are sincere and willing to correct mistakes???? I live in a small town with 2 Subway's. One is in a strip mall close to my house, and one is inside a Walmart 10 minutes farther... away. I usually go to the one close to my house, but today I was shopping at Walmart so I decided to get a sub from the Subwayinside Walmart. That decision will haunt me almost as much as the time I decided to trust the Nigerian prince who wanted todeposit 10 million dollars into my bank account. The sub was horrible. The miniscule quantity of lettuce was so wilted andyellow I pulled it off the sub and buried in the backyard at sunset (I swear I heard the sound of Taps playing float gentlyacross the breeze). The meat was dry and tasteless, and even though I ordered 2 sauces the sub overall was spongy. If you livein Macclenny do yourself a favor and go to the Subway next to the Tractor Supply (I told you I live a small town). If you don'tlive in Macclenny keep driving past the Walmart exit and eat somewhere else. Read more

I had a horrible experience. They made my sandwich wrong and slathered it full of condiments in the paper, and had horrible... customer service. Did not even offer an apology for making a poor sandwich or for their rude behavior. The manager Selena wasvery disrespectful. Will not be eating from this establishment again this has been the worst experience that I have had with anyfood establishment yet any other establishment that I have been to. As a culinary worker I am absolutely appalled. Read more
