This is where we stopped coming home from Jax! They were out of everything!! Overcharged on ticket and then when I said... something about it the manager came gave me my money back for item I ordered. Never asked or even corrected their mistake! Thenwhen we get the food the tacos were soggy AF and totally fell apart!! I did order crunchy tacos but got soggy soft tacosinstead. No sauce that I asked for either!! EDIT-- Been a week and absolutely NO response frome GM ... Let it be it be known this place doesn't care about customers... extremely bad experience Went here yesterday and ordered $50 with of food. We decided to go inside to order due to it being alarge order. The manager (white lady, short and with short hair) rang half my order wrong so I repeated it as I saw it on thescreen incorrectly. When the food came up, half of it was wrong. Everything was ordered with meat, cheese and sour cream. Herattitude got infinitely worse when I asked for it to be made correctly. Came home after the food was remade just to find HAIR inmultiple items. Needless to say that it was trashed. Definitely not worth the $50 spent. Also absolutely no napkins in diningroom and none in the bag after I asked for some. Called to complain but the call went unanswered. I am appalled at the total lack of customer service! After waiting in line for 45 minutes, I was asked to wait for one second... when I finally made it up to the order speaker. After waiting for 15 minutes for her to come back, I asked what was going on,she stated stated they were short staffed and rudely told me she "didn't know what to tell me." When I proceeded to let everyoneelse in line what was happening, she told me I didn't have to yell in her ear! I was simply doing the job her and the rest ofthe staff couldn't seem to accomplish: COMMUNICATING!! This location was missing ingredients. Specifically they were out is lettuce, hard shells, and chicken I tried to order a... chicken quesadilla, but was told they are out of it. I also ordered a burrito supreme and a hard taco. Taco was on a soft shellwith no lettuce. Read more
I spent 32 dollars and when i got home i only had 4 pieces of tomatoes and like 5 strands of lettuce and then to top it off my... crunch wrap was a soggy wrap. I called and spoke to the manager and she told me that the portions i got sounded about right shealso told me that her general manager was upset with them because of the portions they were giving out but that she would talkto her crew and coach them on the correct portions and then had the nerve to thank me for bring it to her attention... Everything about this location was awful. We decided to go inside instead of the drive thru and used one of the kiosks to order.... The workers were just standing around and the one working the register was leaning on the counter with her back turned andwouldn?t even notice when new customers came in. None of the workers seemed particularly happy, nice, or busy. It took aRIDICULOUS amount of time for us to get our food (we ordered 4 items) and when we finally got the bag it was missing one of themain items and had no napkins and none of the sauce we ordered.
