Nice employees. But they were out of a lot of items (i.e., no sodas--you could only purchase tea or lemonade). Also, the food... was NOT freshly cooked when served. It seemed to have been made hours before and left under a heat lamp. It was rubbery. Also,the tables were filthy. We had to clean off one area ourselves in order to dine in the restaurant. Find another place to eat ifyou have a choice. This location is very disappointing. Read more
TERRIBLE. If you like RARE chicken, this is your place. However, if you prefer your sandwiches without salmonella, I would... stay away. I think the Health Department needs to get involved. The women's restroom had toilet paper all over the floor, NO soap, NO paper towels. Then at the register, 2 orders were ahead of... us & were both horribly messed up! A 3rd lady ordered thru the mobile app & chose the option to pickup in the drive-thru. Shewaited 20 minutes in the drive-thru line & was told she had to come inside that they don't do mobile orders in the drive-thru.She got her order & it was wrong. They remade it & it was still wrong. They charged me for a combo when I asked for just thesandwich. It took forever to get that fixed. Then after waiting for the 3 orders ahead of us to be fixed, they tried giving me aburger that had been sitting there since I walked up. It was now 20 minutes later & I had nothing. I asked to cancel my order &get my money back. They couldn't even do that right!!! My order was $25.74. He had refunded me $5.86 for the fries & drink partof the combo I didn't order. He then refunded me $15.59. Those 2 figures only equal $21.45. He said the difference was the taxthat he couldn't refund me!!! He said he could only refund what the register told him. Tax on the original order was only$1.68, bringing it to $23.13, still $2.61 short. I just asked for my baked potato & left!! The staff was pathetic, 1 girl behindthe counter had just come off break & her kids came in & she went into the lobby to get their order while all of this scramblingto fix orders was going on. She asked another guy to make a burger for her because "she didn't know how". The cashier didn'tseem altogether with it. VERY unorganized staff behind the counter. Read more

Sat at the window and heard the guy at the window say welcome to Burger King waited for almost an hour and the guy handed us the... bag and didn?t ask for money lucky we stayed a total of 2 people in the building. WORST experience. January 11, 2022 at approximately 7:30pm. I was very polite to the staff, when I got home and looked at my... food; the fries were a mixture of over cooked and under cooked. I asked for extra lettuce, didn?t even get a normal portion oflettuce. Flipped the sandwich over, found mold. Now I?m wondering if maybe they spit in my drink or dropped some of it on thefloor. If you are still reading this, I?m also 8 months pregnant. So I?m sure you can imagine how this makes me feel. I amdisgusted and highly upset. I?m not sure who is managing this location but clearly they need to hire someone else. We tried to come through on a Saturday... night at 7:35 and sat in the drive thru no one would take our order. We sat for 10 min trying to order and ending up leaving.The last time we came we had a bad experience as well. During the day is usually decent but the night crew is horrible. Stopscheduling your best employees on day shift you can?t run a store with only new people at night. It?s literally dinner time andthey aren?t taking orders. Read more
