I have been going to the Macedon Dunkin' donuts on and off for probably 15 years- I've just recently started going back because... of job location. I live in Newark but that location is always awful. Palmyra is the slowest Dunkin I have ever encountered andmay have even lost my on-line order! Macedon is the only place that has always gotten my order correct 98% of the time. I havenoticed the past week that I have to order my coffee while I'm in Palmyra long before I even make it into Macedon because theassistant manager does not hustle like a few of the team. I was in a couple mornings ago and it was very slow at that locationand there were people standing around looking for things to do and the assistant manager didn't even start making my order untilwell after I walked in the door... Again I ordered from Palmyra on my way there. Bridgette is one of the few team members therethat is always smiling always perky and I know if she is working my order will be ready before I get there or as soon as shesees me depending on how busy they are and it will be correct. Donuts are fine, sandwiches and other foods are iffy, same with drinks. also slow service in store and drivethru. definitely... suggest driving the extra time to Palmyra Dunkin. Read more
07/2022 - I decided to give this another try after almost a year of avoiding this location as it is conveniently located on my... way to work. I've tried it a few more times since then. So far so good. Everything seems to have done a 360. Pretty muchalways stocked up now with great customer service. I love the lady that works in the morning she's super friendly and so farMacedon now seems to have some of the best made food and drink out of the other stores I have recently visited. I'm not surewhat they did to change things around but I hope they keep up the good work. 10/2021 - It's conveniently located and in an easyto get to spot but this dunkin sucks, employees can be iffy. I never know what type of service I'm gonna get. Occasionallyit's amazing other days employees are rude and have unlikable personalities. They are always out of the things I like. Last 3trips there they didn't have the only things I order. Pretty much gave up on this location. Last visit I waited in line 15minutes to be told they didn't have the butter pecan frozen coffee flavor or the Boston cream donuts I wanted. I ended up goingto the one in Palmyra to get my food instead. They are always stocked up. Read more
I don't have any issues at this Dunkin. Service is quick and staff is friendly. I haven't had the issue of an order being made... wrong and I have ordered here quite frequently. Read more

We have had our orders screwed up here more times than I?d like to count, but the last time was the absolute worst. We ordered... two unsweetened vanilla lattes, which we ALWAYS order, and what we got did not even resemble lattes. They were EXTREMELY sweet,tasted like burning chemicals, and had no discernible milk in them. They were dumped down the drain, when we found lovelygrounds and silt at the bottom of the cups. I contacted Dunkin customer service and was told the franchisee would get in touchwith me, and if not, to let them know. The franchisee has not reached out in 3 weeks and Dunkin also did not reply when I toldthem I had not been talked to. I get that it?s hard to find people right now or whatever, but at 3:30 in the afternoon whenthere?s not a huge line or rush, shouldn?t the people you DO have maybe do their jobs correctly? Read more

Mostly use the drive-thru. Food, other than donuts is okay. It's breakfast food, grilled cheese and other different sandwiches.
